Purchased my Honda Passport last July22 -- Brand New and Paid them over 7K over Sticker Price, because these vehicles are Hard to Find. The First time I took my vehicle in last month for an oil change and Paid them over 7K over Sticker Price, because these vehicles are Hard to Find. The First time I took my vehicle in last month for an oil change and a broken windshield, their customer service manager was rude and denied my claim to fix the broken windshield. Gave me NO information or directions on how I was suppose to get it fixed. I had paid for full warranty and all the extras -- and this should of been covered. SO DISSAPOINTED in their horrible customer service to someone who spent over 50k on their brand new vehicle ! While I was here, had my oil change, and did NOT even get a car wash, which was promised to me, if I had my oil changes done there. More
Absolutely fabulous service. Service Dept Representative, Devin Peterson was so friendly and informative throughout our service of our 2015 Honda Accord. I have been using Findlay Honda since I moved here in 2004.-- THE SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT!!
