My husband and I had an amazing experience with Findlay Honda. When we arrived we were greeted immediately by Joel and when we told him we wanted to talk to someone my dad knew first, he respected that and Honda. Once we were ready to car shop we were given Joel as a salesman and the experience was great. He found us a great deal on the Odyssey we wanted and helped us trade in our car. The transaction was very smooth and he catered to our needs. 10/10! We then went to Ricky for financing and he was amazing as well. He was very relatable and gave us great information on our financial journey with Honda. Joel and Ricky were very nice. We are pleased with our experience and because of them we would recommend Findlay Honda to our friends and family! Thank you (: More

I have no idea why this dealership has 4. 9 stars. They must have their employees wrote reviews for them. I made an appointment to bring my car in for the same issue for the third time. Whe 9 stars. They must have their employees wrote reviews for them. I made an appointment to bring my car in for the same issue for the third time. When I got to the dealership for my appointment I was told I had to wait in line and was given a number, even though I had an appointment. I waited past my appointment time and watched other cars with higher numbers be served before me, by the service writer I had an appointment with. When I was finally helped, I was told since my appointment was with another service writer, I had to wait for him to become available as he was still helping someone who arrived after I did. They kept my car for over a week, on day 6, they told me that the A/C not blowing cold and able to smell Freon meant that something was likely wrong, but my warranty would cover everything, including diagnostic fees. At the end of business day on day 8, my car was finally ready to be picked up but no issue was found and I owed almost $400 in diagnostic fees. I picked up my car and surprisingly, although nothing was fixed (according to them), it now blows cold and I am no longer able to smell Freon when I park my car. I absolutely do not recommend going here if you want trustworthiness and quick service! More
Mixed Feelings at Findlay Honda at Centennial Hills I recently visited Findlay Honda at Centennial Hills in need of an engine filter and oil change, looking to capitalize on a special offer that included recently visited Findlay Honda at Centennial Hills in need of an engine filter and oil change, looking to capitalize on a special offer that included a Tire Rotation and Multipoint Inspection. Overall, my experience was a mixed bag, with some aspects of the service meeting my expectations, and others falling short. On the positive side, the dealership was well-organized, and the special offer was a good deal. However, my interactions with the service advisor, Andy Rinkovsky, left room for improvement. I had explicitly mentioned the need to replace two missing plastic clips on my hood protector, to which he agreed. But upon picking up my vehicle after the service, I discovered that these clips were still missing. Despite my query at the time of pick-up, Andy assured me that all services, including the clip replacement, had been completed. This oversight not only left me with an unresolved issue but also instilled doubt about the integrity of the other services promised in the special offer. If such a visible and explicitly mentioned task was overlooked, I couldn't help but question what might have been missed in the more intricate, less obvious aspects of the service. In comparison, my past experiences with other dealership services, such as Mazda, have included visual documentation of the service process. They provide pictures and videos to clients while they wait, offering transparency and peace of mind that all tasks are being completed as promised. This is a feature I think would greatly enhance the customer experience at Findlay Honda. In sum, my experience at Findlay Honda was not entirely negative, but the lack of attention to my specific requests and the doubts it created about the thoroughness of the service left me disappointed. I hope that in the future, the team, particularly Andy, can pay more attention to clients' requests and perhaps consider incorporating more transparency into their service process. More
