I want to start off by saying this one star review has nothing to do with my saleswoman. She was wonderful. I understand I bought a used car and it is sold AS IS. But not being able to properly get nothing to do with my saleswoman. She was wonderful. I understand I bought a used car and it is sold AS IS. But not being able to properly get gas is an operational issue. I don’t understand how a dealership can let a car be like this. I bought the car 12/4 and realized after I bought it one or two of the speakers were blown. My fault for not checking first. But when I went to get gas on 12/6 I couldn’t. The pump kept shutting off like the tank was full. But it was just under half a gallon. Tried two different gas stations. Called my sales person told her about both problems, who got me in touch with the service department. He told me to bring it in and they will look. Brought it in 12/8 He said they found the problem and it needed a new seal and they were going to go ahead and fix the speaker. Over the weekend of them having it I felt uneasy about the not being able to pump gas. I called back Monday, sales person got me in touch with the assistant manager because I was wanting to return the car if I could. Because I felt it wasn’t properly inspected before selling to me and I wasn’t made aware of any problems with the car. It was making me feel like I was deceived. Not being able to pump gas is off putting. I was told I couldn’t but everything is inspected and they wouldn’t know about a gas problem. Eddie the assistant manager ensured me that the car was like be repaired. But they sell cars at half a tank. Anyway. I get the car back 12/13 told everything was repaired. Well it wasn’t. On my way to work I noticed something was off with the sound. Check the settings and someone has changed the settings. So the sound was more on one side. Probably thought I wouldn’t notice. Speaker was still bad. Don’t know if it’s another speaker because the sound was somewhat better. I wouldn’t be complaining about the speaker, if it wasn’t for the fact I STILL CANNOT PUMP GAS. Gas pump keeps shutting off after every couple dollars Called service department twice since 12/14 Nothing. Gave the benefit of the doubt he may be busy or off. Called the assistant manager again and nothing. Seriously? Ignoring my calls? Makes me feel like the dealership is hiding stuff. It makes me question if they even checked to see if the line was clogged or a bad charcoal canister. They say contact them before making a review. But no one wants to call me back. So here’s your one star review. Don’t say something is repaired when it’s not. Even if they don’t believe me, take it to the gas station yourself or ride with me to see that the pump keeps shutting off after every couple dollars. More

I had my car Serviced at Findlay Honda in northwest Vegas. They did a great job on the A!/B1 service. They completed it in under a hour while i waited. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I Have always had my passport serviced there since it was new and they never fail to deliver great service. More
As per usual, I received excellent customer service yesterday when I visited the dealership for a simple oil change and a general inspection of my vehicle. My service writer was Geo Mejia. Mikah and Mark are top employees. They listened to me and presented a plan and had me in and out quickly. I have been going to this dealership for a good 7 years now. We have 3 hondas in the family and they always provide excellent customer service. Way better service than Honda West, I only went there once to save a little, but they made me wait 45 min just to acknowledge me. Its always fast at Findlay. More
