I have a 2010 Accord v6. My first couple of service experiences were with Express Service for oil changes. Colton took excellent care of me, answered all my questions, and was very careful with my car experiences were with Express Service for oil changes. My AC was not cooling very well so I asked Colton if there was a Service Advisor with the same excellent customer service skills as he exhibited and he recommended Nancy. Nancy was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and greeted me when I pulled into the service driveway. Nancy answered all my questions and took great care of me and my car. She explained all the work that was done and got me out in the 2 hours she had estimated to check the AC. I take excellent care of my vehilce and Nancy made sure the tech covered the vehicle and treated it with care. I live on the west side of town, but am willing to travel 30 minutes and trust Nancy and Colton with my Honda; enough said. More

With my car overdue for a major tuneup, I was fearing the worst for my pocketbook as well as expecting at least a 3-4 hrs wait before the job would be completed, ugh. I wholeheartedly give Nancy Harter the highest praise for making this service a surprisingly quick and cost-effective visit. Not only did she help me save money with coupons, but her recommendations on what should be repaired now versus what can hold off until next time really made my total payment much more affordable. It's refreshingly impressive to be able to experience people at a business where the staff aren't out to price-gouge their customers. Since I arrived early enough in the morning, the repair crew also managed to finish my car in just 2 hrs! The entire Honda personnel, from beginning to end, were all friendly and attentive, and their assistance is likewise sincerely appreciated. Thanks, everyone! :) More

Purchased a car from this dealer. Loved the car. Loved the no pressure sales. Ran into a small problem. Was stopped by the police and they claimed the tint was too dark. Smiled and took the ticket, thank you Mr. Officer! (not really, but you know what I mean....) Proceeded to the Highway Patrol Office to have the tint tested. Wow, what do you know, the meter reported that in fact, it was too dark. Contacted my sales person (Harris)... He made a few calls to a few people (Emmanuel).... Harris, then called me and tolded me to come in for a removal and reapplication of a legal tint darkness. No problems. No questions. No charge. This matters a great deal to me and I wanted to share it with others. Honest mistake handled and taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. I will not visit any other auto dealer in Las Vegas. As long as I continue to like the Honda/Acura models, Findlay will be my choice. Look them up, give them a call. Harris was my original sales man, but it appears that everyone there is all about doing business the right way. So, any sales person should do. Tell them Prince sent you! I always go to Nancy Harter, she is such a sweetheart, and is always there when I need her. She explained to me what my vehicle needed to have done to it and gave me the best price for such a large project(I need my rack & pinion replaced) and she even took me into the shop to speak with the technicinan, which William Collier completely explained to me exactly what I needed to have done and explained it to me in a way I could understand. I love how personable the staff there is. Even down to the cashier(Karen) who made sure I that i left with a smile on my face. I will definately bring my vehicle back and I encourage everyone to bring their vehicle here. A+ in my book!!! More
