Nancy is an amazing service advisor. She is very knowledgeable and always helpful! Although I've only had to come in for routine maintenance for the last 4 years, I cannot imagine going to any other knowledgeable and always helpful! I had to get the timing belt done on my 2005 Honda Odyssey and Honda Henderson gave me a great deal and were able to work with me with pricing. Also had a rental car while the car was in the shop. Nancy is the first service adviser that I have ever really gotten to know. I always call her now for any service to my car. Nancy is knowledgeable, helpful, and takes the time to go to the parts wind really gotten to know. I always call her now for any service to my car. She has helped me get the accessories I wanted, and discussed products with me, describing their functions. As a direct result of Nancy, I am spending more on accessories than I would have normally, because she was willing to take the time with me to discuss then. She is friendly, upbeat and just a delight to work with. When I bought my new CRV last Friday, I think she was just as excited as I was!
