Taking your car in for service is not something we all look forward to. However, I have been going to Nancy and Travis for many years, and they are the Dream Team. In fact, I have driven in from Summerlin look forward to. However, I have been going to Nancy and Travis for many years, and they are the Dream Team. In fact, I have driven in from Summerlin just because the service is so great. They are always very courteous and honest. I always know that I am being treated fairly. Recently, my wife's car was in for service (we both have Hondas), and I was promptly given a ride home, and the rear brakes were replaced quickly. If you need your Honda serviced, and are looking for a good dealership with great service, then go see Nancy or Travis at Findlay...you won't be sorry. Great job guys! EM More

I have had one bad service wherein they did not check the battery during a routine service and the acid had burned through the cable. We all need to stick to a budget and Im a true beleiver in preventative maintanence and she helps me service that Nancy Harter goes above & beyond. In dealing with Findlay Honda Henderson I was fortunate enough to deal directly with Nancy Harter the first time I took my vehicle in. From that day on I would not deal with anyone else. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and always looks out for my best interest. She makes me feel like she will take care of me like she would take care of close friend or family member. Nancy was so energetic and no matter how many times I call her she is always very friendly and very willing to spend as much time as needed to answer all my questions. She explains everything that needs to be done to my vehicle during that visit and what will need to be done in the future. I used to feel uncomfortable about taking my vehicle in for maintenance for fear of being taken advantage of because I am a woman. I don't feel that way anymore, thanks to Nancy.
