What more can I say about my favorite service advisor, Ms Nancy Harter? I brought in my aging CRV for routine maintenance in addition to a minor repair on 1/3/2012, and Nancy provided me with her always exc Nancy Harter? I brought in my aging CRV for routine maintenance in addition to a minor repair on 1/3/2012, and Nancy provided me with her always exceptional level of customer care. With the economy as it is nowadays, every bit of savings helps and it was particularly considerate of her to apply the Honda coupons (which I had forgotten to bring with me) as well as print out a statement I would need in order to claim future reimbursement from a compressor issue (which I had received in the mail but also forgot about). The few other advisors I've experienced throughout my service history were ok, but Nancy tends to leave me with a much greater feeling that she really cares about me and my car's needs. I'll be requesting her specifically on my next scheduled services! Thanks again, Nancy! See you in 3 months!!! More

I could not be more satisfied with the service I received! From Mr. Asel and all the technicians I found them pleasant, courteous and efficient. They finished my car quickly and (since I'm a bit OCD and watched the service closely) to my complete satisfaction. I have another "family" car and I plan to have it serviced at Findlay Honda in Henderson when it is due. h More

I was greeted promptly by an express service advisor (Colton Longmire) who made me quickly feel very welcome. He was quick to explain the proceedure, how long my service would take, as well as directing (Colton Longmire) who made me quickly feel very welcome. He was quick to explain the proceedure, how long my service would take, as well as directing me to the lounge to wait. He extended to me a complimentary drink ticket, encouraged me to relax and enjoy the college football game on TV and said he would take care of the rest! Great experience. The Findlay Honda Henderson service department is awesome, but Nancy is AMAZING! Nancy has been my Service Advisor since 2007. She has helped me through some very serious issues with my previous Ho awesome, but Nancy is AMAZING! Nancy has been my Service Advisor since 2007. I have had my 2004 Honda Civic serviced by Findlay Honda since I purchased it. I have always trusted them to take care of my all-time favorite car. They have treated me very well over the years. I can not give Nancy Harter enough praise for the quality in customer service she has given to me and a coworker of mine over the years. She is diligent and pleasant, and i can always count on her to answer in customer service she has given to me and a coworker of mine over the years. She is diligent and pleasant, and i can always count on her to answer my questions within a timely manner. It would be wonderful if all places of business had a "Nancy Harter" who's professionalism and efficiency made my hectic days a little easier. Even though there have been several manufacturing issues surrounding my make and model honda accord 2009, i just may stick with Honda only because of the excellence in customer service. I would also like to give a "shout out" to Obi who figured out why my navigation system was defective.
