I was greeted promptly by an express service advisor (Colton Longmire) who made me quickly feel very welcome. He was quick to explain the proceedure, how long my service would take, as well as directing (Colton Longmire) who made me quickly feel very welcome. He extended to me a complimentary drink ticket, encouraged me to relax and enjoy the college football game on TV and said he would take care of the rest! Great experience. Taking your car in for service is not something we all look forward to. However, I have been going to Nancy and Travis for many years, and they are the Dream Team. Recently, my wife's car was in for service (we both have Hondas), and I was promptly given a ride home, and the rear brakes were replaced quickly.
