Ive been in the honda service dept so much, they know me by name. Lucky for me, everyone is beyond nice. When my transmission went out, right after my hondacare expired, Nancy went above and beyond to make by name. Lucky for me, everyone is beyond nice. When my transmission went out, right after my hondacare expired, Nancy went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. Unfortunately after my car left the shop for that, my engine went out. Being a broke college student, Nancy calmed me down in the middle of a little breakdown and once again made sure I got an amazing deal. Anytime I have a problem as well as my mother who is also a honda owner, she does everything in your power to make sure the stress of expensive car repairs is minimized. I will recommend anyone to findlay honda and especially Nancy, honda owner or not. As long as Nancy is there taking care of me, Ill be a honda owner for life! More

The service times are quick and my cars have always run like they are brand new. The staff at this dealership are top notch. I don't think of Nancy as a staff member. I think of her as my friend. The car comes back to us as if it just came out of the lot, working great and the price for service does not break the "bank" so to speak. One customer was so nasty to the service dept, yelled at everybody but when it was our turn to be helped, they managed to forget the "nasty guy episode" and gave us 100% of their attention and with a SMILE! Wait time for oil changes is not bad at all. Comp car wash greatly appreciated. More

I have a 2010 Accord v6. My first couple of service experiences were with Express Service for oil changes. Colton took excellent care of me, answered all my questions, and was very careful with my car experiences were with Express Service for oil changes. My AC was not cooling very well so I asked Colton if there was a Service Advisor with the same excellent customer service skills as he exhibited and he recommended Nancy. Nancy was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and greeted me when I pulled into the service driveway. Nancy answered all my questions and took great care of me and my car. She explained all the work that was done and got me out in the 2 hours she had estimated to check the AC. I take excellent care of my vehilce and Nancy made sure the tech covered the vehicle and treated it with care. I live on the west side of town, but am willing to travel 30 minutes and trust Nancy and Colton with my Honda; enough said. More

The only reason I bring my car to this dealership for service is because of Nancy. She is a gem and such a pleasure to deal with.
