Since purchasing our Honda CR-V, I've had to visit the Findlay Honda Henderson Service Department a few times. During each visit, I found the entire staff to be very professional, accommodating, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to work with! They truly make you feel like you are the most important customer upon arrival. And no matter what the service visit entailed, they always wash your car before bringing it back to you. That may seem like a small, trivial gesture to most folks, but it tells me that they pay great attention to detail. I'm sure that all of the Service Representatives are outstanding to work with, however, I tend to gravitate towards Miguel Ruiz. I just enjoy working with Miguel and ask for him each time. I'm sure that he is quite busy assisting other customers, but he always manages to squeeze me in. Again, I want to believe that all of the Service Rep's conduct themselves in the same exceptional manner as Miguel does. Generally, in most organizations, if you want to know how upper management treats their colleagues and team members, all you have to do is observe how well the team members treat you. Once again, Findley Honda hit another home run. I was in for a recall item, they took me right in without an appointment, and had the repair completed correctly and ahead of schedule. Every time I deal with this staff I am duly impressed. I live on the opposite side of town from Findley Honda, but due to their great customer service, I feel it’s worth the trip. I trust their honesty and appreciate how they watch over my vehicle. I will purchase my next Honda from Findley Honda. More
On August 18, 2020 I arrived at the service reception area for my 9:00 am appointment, which I had made over a week ago. Mind you, up to this point, I had received no less than 3 email reminders and a p area for my 9:00 am appointment, which I had made over a week ago. Mind you, up to this point, I had received no less than 3 email reminders and a phone call from somebody named Gavin to confirm my appointment. The person I spoke with first could not find my appointment in his tablet. He took my name and what I needed done and entered it. He then told me a service adviser would be out to talk to me in a few minutes. The Service advisor again, asked what I needed done and I told him I needed an oil change and tire rotation and that there was a scraping sound coming from under the car. He then told me that they were very busy with their current work and rollovers from yesterday. He said it would be up to 5 hours before my car would be ready. I reminded him that I had an appointment and showed him one of the confirmation emails i received. He said there was nothing he could do. At that point, I told him to forget it and left the dealership. Would it have been so difficult for them to call me to reschedule my appointment instead of making me drive 20 miles one way only to have to leave? More

Brakes on car was not working. Advisor wanted to drive my car home. He finally had someone look at it and it needed a software update. My brakes felled me which was scary. My advisor put something on bottom of paper that I did not see until after I signed that I have refused all maintenance on my car which is not at all true. I spent $26,000 for a car that I do not feel safe in. I have always had hondas crv but this is the first time I have felt unsafe in a car. When you look up the car under recalls it lists this car as junk or they use other names for it. Will be letting others know not to buy honda as they are no longer a good product that honda stands by. I called up to talked to the corporation about how unsafe this car feels and ask can I please trade it for another model there at honda they said no. They said you have to work with the dealership and they just keep try fixing it. It is so unfair you give your hard earned money you should get a car that works perfectly. This has to many problems and has hardly any miles on it. Shame on you Mr. Findley. I am disabled and live on social security so money does not grow on trees to buy another car. It took me quite some time to save for this car. I am very upset with your product. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! BY TUAN DANG I BOUGHT THE HONDA ODYSSEY 2018 BRAND NEW IN SEPTEMBER OF 2017. AT 6,000 MILES I TOOK A TRIP TO CALIFORNIA AND WHEN I CAME BACK I HAD TO SERVICE THE B I BOUGHT THE HONDA ODYSSEY 2018 BRAND NEW IN SEPTEMBER OF 2017. AT 6,000 MILES I TOOK A TRIP TO CALIFORNIA AND WHEN I CAME BACK I HAD TO SERVICE THE BRAKE SYSTEM. FROM JANUARY 2018-JANUARY 2019 I HAVE BROUGHT BACK MY VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED FOR THE BRAKES ANOTHER 3TIMES. THE SLOGAN FOR HONDA IS "SAFETY IS PRIORITY" BUT I DON'T FEEL SAFE AT ALL. I HAVE 3 SMALL CHILDREN AND THIS VEHICLE IS OUR DAILY DRIVER. WE HAVE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT ALMOST TWICE BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE. I SPOKE WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER TRAVIS AND HE SAID THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND THERE WAS NO ISSUE WITH THE CAR. THIS IS THE FIFTH TIME I WILL TAKE MY VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE WITHIN A YEAR. I HAVE ALSO CALLED THE HONDA CORPORATE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND THEY SAID "THE DEALER STATED THAT THE ISSUE IS MY POOR DRIVING BEHAVIOR" THAT IS AN UNACCEPTABLE STATEMENT. ALL I WANT IS MY BRAKES TO BE FIXED AND TO BRING THE SAFETY BACK FOR MY FAMILY. I AM A VALUED CUSTOMER AND MY TIME HAS BEEN CONSUMED BY THIS ISSUE. I WANT TO TAKE MY FAMILY ON ANOTHER VACATION BUT I AM VERY NERVOUS THAT THERE WILL BE A SAFETY ISSUE FOR THEM. I HAVE DISCUSSED THIS ISSUE ALSO WITH EMMANUEL PINTO (ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER) AND HE HAS A SIMILIAR RESPONSE AND THAT IS THAT HE CAN NOT HELP ME. PLEASE FIX MY VEHICLE OR OFFER A REPLACEMENT (BRAND NEW AND NOT TRADE IN)!!!!!!!!! More
