bought a 2013 odyssey, buying experience was great. did my first oil change and told the service staff that my breaks are squeeking, they just told me, it's probably just a glaze on the rotors. drove it ab my first oil change and told the service staff that my breaks are squeeking, they just told me, it's probably just a glaze on the rotors. drove it about 2 miles and the brakes are squeeking again. I called the service dept. to have it checked, came in and david p. assisted me. service was done and was told that they just cleaned it by using a brush. drove home and two days later I hear the squeeking again. called david p. again to schedule a service. came to the dealership and had it serviced. they placed the vehicle on the lifter and both david p. and a mechanic showed me that it might just be a build up of some kind of glaze thats what causing the noise, they showed me how shiny the rotor was thats what causing the squeeking. their suggestion to me was to brake harder so it will knock off the glazed. if I knew that all I have to do is break harder, then why would I even bother driving 15 miles back and forth to have your vehicle service at a state of the art service facility? if I have to bring it in again for the same problem, which I will, it's gonna be the fourth time, just frustrating already. More

My sister and I were driving from Wyoming to Southern California and had planed a stop in Vegas but not with the intention of having the air conditioning in the car breakdown in the heat of summer. What we thought was going to be an expensive hassle turned out to be a blessing thanks to Nancy, she not only managed to get the cool air flowing again but found out that we had an extended warranty and was able to keep us right on schedule with a rental car while the work was in progress. Nancy called me twice to let me know how it was going and that we could get the car the next morning before noon, she had the car washed and waiting for us by 10am. I must say I've never felt more confident about my choice in buying a Honda than after receiving the kind of customer service she provided. We are going to stop by and see her on our way back, her smile and honesty is a rarity today. Thank you so much. Nicole More

This dealership is very dishonest. Not only are their service prices inflated, on several occassions they have recommended parts be relplaced did not need to be replaced. They also let other services lap service prices inflated, on several occassions they have recommended parts be relplaced did not need to be replaced. They also let other services lapse on my car without informing me, and then expected me to pay to replace parts that could have been salvaged. I will never return to this dealership and would strongly recommend you do not service your car here. I instead visited Autozone on Boulder Highway, where their prices were not only significantly lower than this dealership, but they were honest and told me that certain parts on my car that Findlay Honda had told me to replace were like new and in no way needed to be replaced. More
Went in for an oil change on my 2010 Honda Civic. During service they saw my front bakes were at 15%. Being that my car was only 2 years old they replaced them free of charge. I had to visit Honda because my engine light went on the night before. When I brought it in, without an appointment, they took my vehicle anyway and didn't give me a hard time about it. It was busy so it took about an hour and a half to get my problem figured out, but Nancy Harter offered me a ride right away if I needed one. When the problem was revealed to me, I was devastated. Nancy told me that my IMA battery needed to be replaced, which is the main battery that runs the hybrid engine. She then told me that my warranty was 8,000 miles over the limit. I was heart sick because I knew that a new battery costs $5,000 and that amount of money would put a serious dent in my savings. Then Nancy smiled and said, "But since you are such a loyal customer of Honda, Honda is going to pay 100% of the cost AND we are going to pay for a rental car while we change out your battery." My mouth dropped open. I then thanked Nancy over and over and gave her a big hug. Nancy went far above and beyond her job because she didn't have to do what she did, but she did it anyway...without me even asking her. I will never forget her kindness and generosity in what could have been a horrible experience. Thanks Honda for treating your customers with not only expertise but with a big heart. You have a loyal customer for life. More
