Colton was extremely helpful and thorough and addressed all my service needs in a timely and professional manner. Like most people who take their automobile to the dealership, my skepticism was at an all time high. Colton answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. Colton, at such a young age, understands the importance of providing the best quality customer service possible. Colton "Gets It" and is a definite attribute to the Findlay Honda Service Department. Nancy was great and was ready for me when I got there. She knew what I needed and knew I would need a ride so she was ready to call the shuttle driver as well. Nancy takes such good care of me and my cars. She's like family. I've lost count of how many times she's helped me but today was another example of her exceptional service. I brought in my Odyssey yesterd family. I've lost count of how many times she's helped me but today was another example of her exceptional service. I brought in my Odyssey yesterday after finding a crack in my AC compressor. Thinking I would just have to pay the full price of repair, I asked Nancy to get me a quote. Upon seeing the crack Nancy immediately informed me that my auto insurance may cover part of the repair. I called my insurance and after a quick appraisal they determined that it was covered under my insurance and I would only have to pay my deductible. The difference was about $500! In a world where $$ counts, it's good to know people like Nancy are looking out for their customers and providing real value. More

There are 3 Honda dealerships out here in Vegas. Findlay Honda Henderson is the only place I will go even though it's way far from my house. Their customer service is exceptional! Each and every time I go to Findlay Honda I look or ask for Nancy. I was fortunate the first time to have be assigned to Nancy and she called ahead to confirm an appointment. I was just a couple of weeks ago and Nancy had the day off and unfortunately I did not receive the same care. I was in today 8/23/12 and once again Nancy went out of her way to assist me and everything was great. I really recommend the dealership and go in and ask for Nancy she will take care of you and your vehicle. More
