Came in for oil change and tire rotation with multipoint inspection. I asked specifically for the brake pad wear reading and to not wash my car. When I got the paperwork of course there was NO INFORMATION a inspection. I asked specifically for the brake pad wear reading and to not wash my car. When I got the paperwork of course there was NO INFORMATION about the condition of the pads or even tire tread. It was a joke that they did a multipoint "inspection". Oh and of course my car was washed even though I asked for it to not be washed. Just a complete disregard for every single thing the customer asked for. You should know your "inspections" are a joke. Which I know they are pretty much every dealership but when you specifically ask for the brake pad condition and there's literally nothing under that for the inspection paperwork it's beyond pathetic honestly. And thanks for scratching up my car with the free car wash. Oh and thanks for overfilling my oil as well. Pretty sure it's supposed to be within the etch marks not above it... I guess the rotation was okay I mean no way to know if they even did it but I guess I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one that maybe they were 1-4 at least. Bring your car in to be "serviced" but really just get this instead. I knew it was weird when the advisor said it would be an hour and the car gets pulled around 15 mins later? Unbelievable. Truly. Pathetic all around. More

I have never had a problem at Henderson Honda Dealership. Staff is always professional. They recently replaced a battery for me under warranty, as my radio and car door locks were not functioning properly. Staff is always professional. I’ve been coming here since I bought my car in 2020 for oil changes. The price has doubled in the last two years. I know that inflation is a thing but it’s gone up from $45 to $80.
