I went for my first visit to the dealership to get items back ordered from my purchase installed. Very efficient process, took some time, but that was ok. I had to wait for the car. I called on Mon for an appt. for Tue and Jonathon installed the Airbag that was supposed to hav been installed last Nov thru Alex. Both the plate screws and the airbag were take for Tue and Jonathon installed the Airbag that was supposed to hav been installed last Nov thru Alex. Judy Tweety handled our recent trip to Findlay and did a great job..We were out of there in a timely manner..She suggested that we did not need certain things we thought we needed..Most car dealers would ha great job..We were out of there in a timely manner..She suggested that we did not need certain things we thought we needed..Most car dealers would happily add these things to our bill..We will return again..Always a pleasant experience at Findlay Honda.. I wrote a review a few months ago about Antonio who was wonderful. Had my car reserviced this past weekend and was helped by Gavin. still nice however I felt that he wanted the sale more than to help ease wonderful. He recommended a few things my car needed (60k check up-exchange fluids, etc) but I didn't have the money. he told me about the sunbit program (a card to apply for) I went ahead and did it and was approved in seconds. used the lyft service home and then the lyft service back to the shop when my car was done (about 3 - 3.5 hrs). only complaints, I started to get nervous of the time as I had a few errands to run and places like UPS were closing soon. I had to call the shop and could not reach Gavin. probably at lunch, I understand. called an hour later and could not reach him. another tech told me my car was ready and they would send for me. called after I got home with one quick question about something on my receipt and still could not reach him. again, another tech assisted me. so he was hard to get ahold of. also, they are not using plastic floor mats. there were black shoe prints all over the drivers side mat :( since I had already called a few times with questions, I didn't want to keep calling and the fact my name is Karyn... does not help when I actually do have a legit complaint so I let it go. I know I needed the stuff done on my car, I showed some stress when shown the interest % of the sunbit program and I felt that he wanted the sale more than to help ease me. like maybe mention something we could hold off on or other options etc. I ended up finding a coupon online to save 10% which saved me $62. would have been great for him to have shown/offered that rather than me to find it. overall, I will go back More
Antonio in Service was wonderful! Car was towed there, I was 90 miles away. He ensured the problem was diagnosed before closing time so part could be ordered. On August 12, 2022, I had a oil change on my Honda CRV and it was handle by Antonio Cancilla. His professional knowledge outstanding. I appreciate Honda's courtesy extended to its customers for coffee, water, and especially the complimentary car wash. Busy dealership, immediately attended me upon arrival for service, after my car was finished, I had to ask few times about the status of my vehicle. I did liked the fact when I was asked by the attendant abo service, after my car was finished, I had to ask few times about the status of my vehicle.
