Findlay Honda Henderson - Service Center

Was having battery issues so took it in to Findley Henderson. Service consultant Antonio met me in line and told me the diagnostic tests they would run.... After 15 minutes he found me and told me th Henderson. Service consultant Antonio met me in line and told me the diagnostic tests they would run.... After 15 minutes he found me and told me the battery was fine with the initial test, but was dead 5 minutes later. Gave recommendation on new battery with warranty info, price and time frame. He let me know when the battery had been installed and gave me the paperwork, then walked me to the car. Nice guy. See Antonio if you can. More

I took my CRV in with a possible oil leak and everything was fine. The advisor Rob was fantastic and even too photos of the area and fully explain the area of my concern. My experiences here are always top of the line! I normally come in for an oil change or a new tire and the turn rate is fairly quick (1-2hrs tops).
