Clean, spacious place, great people, Stephen helped us with our service. Very gracious and knowledgeable. He said it will take approx 1 hr to be done but it only took 30-40 mins and we were done. Came in for oil change and tire rotation with multipoint inspection. I asked specifically for the brake pad wear reading and to not wash my car. When I got the paperwork of course there was NO INFORMATION a inspection. I asked specifically for the brake pad wear reading and to not wash my car. When I got the paperwork of course there was NO INFORMATION about the condition of the pads or even tire tread. It was a joke that they did a multipoint "inspection". Oh and of course my car was washed even though I asked for it to not be washed. Just a complete disregard for every single thing the customer asked for. You should know your "inspections" are a joke. Which I know they are pretty much every dealership but when you specifically ask for the brake pad condition and there's literally nothing under that for the inspection paperwork it's beyond pathetic honestly. And thanks for scratching up my car with the free car wash. Oh and thanks for overfilling my oil as well. Pretty sure it's supposed to be within the etch marks not above it... I guess the rotation was okay I mean no way to know if they even did it but I guess I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one that maybe they were 1-4 at least. Bring your car in to be "serviced" but really just get this instead. I knew it was weird when the advisor said it would be an hour and the car gets pulled around 15 mins later? Unbelievable. Truly. Pathetic all around. More
