My brand new truck showed a very unexpected message on the dashboard "SERVICE TRANSMISSION PROBLEM" while I was driving which made me really tense because I am not a local in this area. I was able to driv the dashboard "SERVICE TRANSMISSION PROBLEM" while I was driving which made me really tense because I am not a local in this area. I was able to drive it to Findlay after searching for the nearest Honda dealership which was approximately 44 miles from where I was. Skylar was the service personnel assigned to me. Skylar was very helpful and called me on the progress of the service. To HONDA, I was hoping to get a loaner car to drive back to California. Since it was not provided, I had to book roundtrip airline ticket to go home to California & back to Las Vegas to pickup truck after it is fixed. Skylar did not inform me of the "possible reimbursement of my airline ticket. I called him about it & he gave me a phone number to call which was an automated machine & after many tries, I was able to speak to a live person who mentioned that I had to email Honda for that. So I did and right now am still awaiting of a response from HONDA to reimburse my roundtrip airfare ticket from Las Vegas to San Jose, CA. Just for additional information... my truck is brand new and only 8000 miles on it. I did not expect that to happen. Transmission is a major issue and am uncertain as to the quality of this vehicle. More

Got charged for a service that wasn’t performed. Went in for oil change and rotation, tire rotation wasn’t performed. From that don’t even trust if the did a good job on the oil change. Not sure if they even did the multi inspection because no records/measurements was given. Brakes were making noise prior but no comments after the whole service. Thought I would get a complimentary car wash but was told the wash was down when the time of pickup instead of being told before or during service on the vehicle. More
Ive had not issues with Findlay thus far. I’m usually in and out within 1hr when I show up for services and they don’t try to add on extras when I get serviced. Only what I need. Just had my 2010 Accord serviced atFindlay Honda. Carlos was my service advisor. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Have been using Findlay to keep my Honda in top running condition.
