For the 5 years I've owned my Honda CR-V, I've always taken it back to the dealer for service, and they have always taken GREAT care of me and my car. When I brought my car in again yesterday for a routi taken it back to the dealer for service, and they have always taken GREAT care of me and my car. When I brought my car in again yesterday for a routine service, Taylor greeted me with a very pleasant smile and made sure I was promptly taken care of. He then escorted me into the waiting area, got a cold bottle of water for me, and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I've always received very special care at Findlay Honda Henderson and would never take my car anywhere else. Taylor is a great asset to this company and a real keeper!!! Two thumbs-up! More

I took my 2019 Odyssey to be serviced and Antonio C. was understanding of my situation. He explained what needed to be done in a way that I understood and let me know about upcoming repairs.
