I came in to get a coolant flush on my Pilot and Judy got me in for service within 45 mins of taking my call! Judy even got me an Uber home after drop off. Fernando the advisor made my service appointment easier. I had no issues this time, in comparison to my other visits. I just hope that they work on their communication way better as I constantly have to rep I had no issues this time, in comparison to my other visits. My entire experience here was pleasant. I’ve gone to two other Honda dealerships in vegas and did not have a great experience so I decided to try a new (to me) location. I’m so glad I did. I went in for service on the ignition button for my 2017 hrv. Antoine went above and beyond by finding out that the button was under a recall issued by Honda. The part, fix and labor were all covered by the hrv. Antoine went above and beyond by finding out that the button was under a recall issued by Honda. My brand new truck showed a very unexpected message on the dashboard "SERVICE TRANSMISSION PROBLEM" while I was driving which made me really tense because I am not a local in this area. I was able to driv the dashboard "SERVICE TRANSMISSION PROBLEM" while I was driving which made me really tense because I am not a local in this area. I was able to drive it to Findlay after searching for the nearest Honda dealership which was approximately 44 miles from where I was. Skylar was the service personnel assigned to me. Skylar was very helpful and called me on the progress of the service. To HONDA, I was hoping to get a loaner car to drive back to California. Since it was not provided, I had to book roundtrip airline ticket to go home to California & back to Las Vegas to pickup truck after it is fixed. Skylar did not inform me of the "possible reimbursement of my airline ticket. I called him about it & he gave me a phone number to call which was an automated machine & after many tries, I was able to speak to a live person who mentioned that I had to email Honda for that. So I did and right now am still awaiting of a response from HONDA to reimburse my roundtrip airfare ticket from Las Vegas to San Jose, CA. Just for additional information... my truck is brand new and only 8000 miles on it. I did not expect that to happen. Transmission is a major issue and am uncertain as to the quality of this vehicle.
