My service writer, Dominyc at the dealership's Express Service, did an excellent job for me, even though I arrived late in the day. Everything was explained properly, and the work was done efficiently and at a fair price. Barring the unforeseen, only Findlay Honda Henderson will ever put a wrench on my vehicle. The only reason I am not giving Judy 5 stars is due to the fact 1) I made an appt for 7 AM, 2) I dropped the car off before 7 AM, 3) the day before I was told that the service would take around 4 hours, w the fact 1) I made an appt for 7 AM, 2) I dropped the car off before 7 AM, 3) the day before I was told that the service would take around 4 hours, which is what I planned on, 4) after 4 1/2 hours of not receiving any communication, I had to send a text asking status, 5) my car was not ready until after 3:30 PM. I work, so all I ask is to be informed of the status so I know what my next steps need to be. More
