We were in our vacation when our car had a problem. The staff are really nice and very accommodating specially the staff named Taylor. I went in on a Service Appt on 6-30-23, at 1:00pm. My Service Advisor was Judy Sweety. I had recently purchased a 2022 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid back in December 2022! This was my vehicle first Servi My Service Advisor was Judy Sweety. I had recently purchased a 2022 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid back in December 2022! This was my vehicle first Service appt, Judy was on time for my appointment, inquired about any problems I was having with the vehicle, acquired the necessary documents( Honda Care, Extended Warranty program membership cards, keys, etc), Judy reviewed with me what was going to happen( estimate about repairs), and ushered me into the department waiting area! After about 20 minutes I received a text on my phone stating( everything was proceeding fine!), about 1 hour later, Judy came up me, reviewed the results of service appointment, costs( no payment necessary, and took me back to my car. I thanked her for the excellent service, and went home. Judy, gave me high quality and professional service. I would describe her a courteous, professional, and reliable! This is my, 4th vehicle I have purchased from Honda! More
