We had an issues with an intermittent noise coming from the rear passenger wheel. Our service advisor Tim Villani asked questions and took careful notes. It took a few days to get the parts in and to get the necessary repairs completed. The repairs were not cheap but the diagnosis and repairs were accurate. I hear so many stories about mechanics incorrectly guessing and taking the VERY expensive “shotgun” approach to auto repair. I’m happy to report that our mechanic took his/ her time and fixed our 2009 CR-V correctly the first time. Thank you Findlay More

Findlay Honda service was excellent dealing with Jeremiah DeCampo (service rep) was excellent. The team finished servicing my car the exact time Jeremiah told me. Service was great, and priced very reasonable (for this person on a fixed income). Coupons all applied and helped so much! Once back at the Honda dealership she took care of us, let us know when the car was finished - which was all of ten minutes into our return to the dealer. Judy was so personable and attentive - very impressive to be taken care of so fully. She answered our questions and was NOT looking at her watch like so many do when they are in a hurry.
