FERNANDO PANCHO outstanding-- above and beyond customer service. I made an appointment for next day 1/9 for a Honda recall for my 2018 CRV. I dropped it off on 1/8 to avoid a 8am drop off and talked with service. I made an appointment for next day 1/9 for a Honda recall for my 2018 CRV. I dropped it off on 1/8 to avoid a 8am drop off and talked with Fernando about a small fender bender that was my wife had within our 55+ community. I had managed to rub out 90% of the paint damage and maybe he could have the rest buffed out. Now comes the good part....I get a call that the recall work is complete and Honda looks great at 4 pm. I text back "I'll see if I can find a ride" and Fernando offers me an Uber for NO Charge. xxxx thank you...a free ride to Henderson in 5pm traffic!! I get to dealership at 5:25, thank the driver and pick up the Honda. buff out looks great, then a Bro hug later and many thanks with Fernando, I drive home. My wife calls the lady who hit her and we are going to dinner together at her Son in laws restaurant. GREAT Karma by doing the right thing..but without Fernando now of this happens so well. More
