I am extremely upset with the service department. They can't get their story straight and keep failing to inform customers that their system is down, making it impossible to provide service over the They can't get their story straight and keep failing to inform customers that their system is down, making it impossible to provide service over the phone. I've been trying to resolve a "computer software" recall for over a month. Each time I call and make an appointment, I clearly explain the issue. They assure me that they can perform the update, but when I show up, they say they can't because the computer system is down. This has happened FIVE times now, with the latest incident on July 6, 2024. Why can't they inform me over the phone that their system is down? I've asked repeatedly, "Are you sure you will be able to update the software this time?" and they always say "yes." But when I arrive, the service writer says they can't do it because the system is down. The last time I visited, the service writer even claimed their phone system was down too, despite the fact that I had just spoken to someone from the dealership the day before. This is not just a failure to inform customers; it's outright lying. This is absolutely crazy and unacceptable. More
Service advisor, Skylar was great efficient and helpful when I wasn't sure about my extended warranty. But my alternator was manufactured warranty. Had my car up and running in hour and a half. This is the third time now that I have tried to get decent service at the fast service for an oil change and the service guys are jerks. I should not have to go to the big boss because they have horrib decent service at the fast service for an oil change and the service guys are jerks. I should not have to go to the big boss because they have horrible people that work in the fast lube. I have bought many cars from this dealership and now I think they have lost my business because of this. Today I went to get the car serviced and they are only taking cards and wanted to write down all the info for the card and take a photo copy of the card to and the guy told me that in a week or so they would charge the card and destroy the info in the shredder, are you kidding me that in a week or more that you could charge my card whatever they wanted and how would I know they shredded the info and just throw the info in the garbage because somebody was to lazy to shred it. If your systems are not working you should be closed not doing shady stuff to people. This isn’t even a good idea in this day and age to do this kind of stuff to customers. Also the way there service jerks talk down to you is not the right way to talk to customers. Anyway I have a long list of complaints and how I have been treated by the service department there, from the head of the service department all the way down to to turds that come out to check you in. I know this will not matter to most and especially to them at Honda but I’m tiered of buying cars from Honda and getting treated like garbage. More

Judy i s my service advisor and she is great. She listens and if there is anything that is found she lets me know. The reason when I needed a second car I went back to Findlay Now she has 2 C She listens and if there is anything that is found she lets me know.
