I purchased a used 2020 HRV in April 2022 in Wyoming. I recently relocated to Henderson and developed an issue with my air conditioner not running cold air. I brought the HRV to Findlay Honda and met wit I recently relocated to Henderson and developed an issue with my air conditioner not running cold air. I brought the HRV to Findlay Honda and met with Skylar Blythe in the Service Department. I explained my situation and noted that I purchased the SUV with 3,300 miles on it and the vehicle now has just under 20,000 miles. He stated that he would have his techs investigate and reviewed the cost of freon service (most common cause of my issue). He said that he would call me back to review the diagnosis. Skylar called me back and stated that his team found a deeper issue with multiple parts needing replacement, with an estimate at $2500. Skylar immediately asked me if there were any warranties attached to the vehicle, as he knew my purchase story. I did have a warranty and found the customer service phone number. Skylar took the number and took over the process to determine if my repair would be covered. He worked with the warranty provider and called me back with regular updates. Skylar was able to get the repair approved, with my only out-of-pocket cost being a $100 deductible. In today's world, good customer service can be difficult to find. However, I want to thank Skylar Blythe for providing outstanding customer service to me. His attention to my situation and consistent communication to update me on status showed that he genuinely cared to resolve my problem. I look forward to being a Findlay Honda customer in the future and will share my incredibly positive experience with my friends and family! More
Judy helped me with my battery in a extremely timely matter since I was in the middle of a family emergency.
