Came in to get an oil change on Thursday, 10/10/24. In and out in about an hour. Service advisor was friendly. Only downfall is when I was told all my fluids were topped off during the inspection, only In and out in about an hour. Service advisor was friendly. Only downfall is when I was told all my fluids were topped off during the inspection, only to find out after opening my hood that was far from the truth. Was disappointed and made me question their ethics. Let’s just hope this a one time error otherwise, I will not bring my vehicle back here for servicing. Mechanics might need to actually be trained to do the right thing. More

Bought a new Honda Pilot at Findlay Honda Henderson in 2014 & have had all service done on it there up to today.
