Like all dealerships, Findlay is a bit more expensive than your local mechanic, and sometimes they try to upsell me like any good sales organization does. But the quality of their work for us has always than your local mechanic, and sometimes they try to upsell me like any good sales organization does. But the quality of their work for us has always been good, and the people are friendly and easy to work with. I am willing to pay a little more to get quality work from someone I trust. Devin the service writer, the service manager, and the service guys went the extra mile for us this week. We only have one car and needed a quick turnaround on the routine maintenance.
