This was my first car-buying experience with Findlay Honda Henderson. Overall, I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the overall experience was fine (the car-buying experience in general Honda Henderson. They did their best to make it go as smoothly as possible and while it did take a while, I was pleased with the vehicle I purchased and the price I paid. In the current environment, there's not really much room to haggle on price with the supply shortage, but it's nice to see a dealership NOT marking up cars over MSRP as some of them are. Support after the sale has been good (had to return to the dealership twice to get the tint done correctly but they compensated me for the extra time/effort to do it). I would definitely recommend Findlay Honda Henderson for buying/servicing a Honda vehicle. More

Since purchasing our Honda CR-V, I've had to visit the Findlay Honda Henderson Service Department a few times. During each visit, I found the entire staff to be very professional, accommodating, courte Findlay Honda Henderson Service Department a few times. During each visit, I found the entire staff to be very professional, accommodating, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to work with! They truly make you feel like you are the most important customer upon arrival. And no matter what the service visit entailed, they always wash your car before bringing it back to you. That may seem like a small, trivial gesture to most folks, but it tells me that they pay great attention to detail. I'm sure that all of the Service Representatives are outstanding to work with, however, I tend to gravitate towards Miguel Ruiz. I just enjoy working with Miguel and ask for him each time. I'm sure that he is quite busy assisting other customers, but he always manages to squeeze me in. Again, I want to believe that all of the Service Rep's conduct themselves in the same exceptional manner as Miguel does. Generally, in most organizations, if you want to know how upper management treats their colleagues and team members, all you have to do is observe how well the team members treat you.
