I rang up Finlay Honda for a regular servicing and Judy and her service team took excellent care of me. They even went the extra mile and washed my Pilot. I really had a bad experience buying from Honda Findlay at upon purchase of the vehicle the finance manager lied about this echbond warrantu service that they sell and having serviced ny these Honda was ev at upon purchase of the vehicle the finance manager lied about this echbond warrantu service that they sell and having serviced ny these Honda was even worse experience . I brought my really nice like new Honda leather seat die to manufacturers cap defect for minor inperfection( cap wont close) and they had me leave my vehicle for days to get it fixed the day they were going to hand me back my vehicle expecting it was finally fixed. I felt they were acting weird in their gestures like they had done something wrong after waiting so late ,like nobody wanted to hand me it back. You know like when somebody did you wrong thats how they were acting like. Despite of everything I still patiently waited. Then this service advisor guy finally gave me back my key and my vehicle after all that expecting all was taken care of then drove home and when I checked it when I got home to my dismay the leather car seat looks so much older dirty , distreesed cushon rust and damaged parts tore leather . I complained to them about that . They scheduled mee multiple times coming back and fort . I actually called American Honda about that reporting about this incident.. I called one of their manager complained, and offered me to patch it and saying its ok it wont be noticeable. I demanded for replacement because they messed up my new like condition leather seat that I was really taking care of that why it retained it new condition like really new.. they had me come back to give them a chance by trying to replace it by a new leather and fix everything so I gave them the chance not only once but two times . First time was really unsatifactory and the second time was kind of deceiptdul in my opinion and other peoples opinion it its not original Honda leather like its been custom made somewhere in some other custom made service thats cheap material and not Honda leather that they claimed and guaranteed supposed to be, and some mechanical supporting parts are loose like its from a salvage vehicle thats unable to be fix . I wonder where my carseat really went and what they did to it.because this carseat seems unfoxable! I had everything documented including all my complaint with my lictures and my email back and fort with this Honda dealership. They even emailed me on what else they can do for me and I asked them to get it fixed properly and I want warranty since that it seems not professional workmanship and that service director ( the Honda sevice in charge) declined my demmands of getting that warranty since they weren't able to get it fix right anyways and it their fault that why Im in this situation that they put me into. Until now I have not received a reply email. I have heard about nightmares regarding swapping parts but never came to my mind that this will happen specially at this least expected place that's supposed to be safe thats why I purchased my extended warranty and not bringing ot to some other shops but Honda . But what does this tells me, if only my car could speak bit this incident speaks for itself! The worst experience that ever happened to me ! This isnt supposed to be happening I trusted you Honda! More
