The finance guy was a train wreck, new, slow, unorganized, misinformed, Very upsetting, we knew what we wanted & he would not listen to our finance bank preference, would not put the correct mailing address, warrantys not interested in, and this diagram on how a basic warranty works was condescending at best. Then promises were made for another dealer on a repair that that was a 4 day fright fest. However Brittany was helpful & that is not her fault the other Findlay dealer was disorganized, and unwilling to go the extra mile. So my review is mixed. Some good & some bad. But the most annoying issues, was after 5 days of drama on a fix, I called the corporate office and the receptionist said that she was instructed to forward customer to dealer GM and was not permitted to leave a message for an owner. Like they are above customer service- so that was troubling. Here's a news flash, if the dealer GM was helping I wouldn't have called. More
