The most painful and frustrating car buying experience of my life. What a waste of four hours of my time. Sales person told me every 30 minutes that it would be another 5-10 minutes. Clearly, the sales person was poorly trained, did not know the process, kept making poor commitments and excuses and had no respect for my time. The staff overall seemed to have a "I don't care" attitude. While I was wasting my time at Findlay, AutoNation was working hard to earn my business. Finally, I got fed up with Findlay and took my business to AutoNation who took care of everything within 1 hour. AutoNation staff was super efficient. Everyone at AutoNation seems to care, were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will never go to Findlay or recommend Findlay to anyone. AutoNation Rocks! More
