I was greeting promptly by Mr. Sims. I requested an oil change. The work was completed in satisfactory time. Belts, hoses, tires, etc. were also checked. My car was washed and Sims. This has been the worst car buying experience that I’ve ever had. The entire process has been terrible. Everything was rushed. During the financing process the only price that was discussed were my payment ever had. The entire process has been terrible. Everything was rushed. During the financing process the only price that was discussed were my payments. When trying to ask more details I was brushed off. Questions ignored. I signed all the paperwork and was told that I would receive a copy via email. Then was sent home without knowing who my loan was through and how much everything came out to. I received a call the following Friday and reminded them that my contract was not sent, and was told that the servicer in finance would reach out. Another few days go by and I am receiving letters in the mail from the banks with a finance amount that wasn’t discussed during the sell. So I called Honda to get clarification around 8am, I was transferred to finance 3 times, and kept getting the answer machine. The final time I was told that they would leave a message for me to get a call back. No call back… so I called back around 4:30 pm then spoke with another person that walked down to finance so my call could be returned. I then get a call from the financial servicer (Vilay) later and he basically tells me that the trade in value, that Honda paid for my car, was added to my new loan. When I told him that didn’t make sense he repeated “ the car was paid off by them and then I had to pay them back” WHAT?! I got off the call with him immediately then called back to speak to customer service, he was more knowledgeable about the trade than the guy in finance.He then spoke to his manager, who walked down to finance to clarify. She called back in a timely manner and told me that more than 10,000 extra was from add ons that I signed paperwork for. Lesson learned ask about all add ons, because I was not made aware of any of these extra charges until today ( 11 days later). The only extra payment that was mentioned was gap insurance. Ok lesson learned, read through every document completely before signing. At this point I still don’t have any paperwork/ contracts. I don’t recommend Findlay Honda Henderson to anyone. I feel as though I was scammed. They are taking advantage of people and don’t not care about their customers. More
Overall I've had a terrible experience here. The ONLY positive thing was my sales associate Gage who was great. It started off with me selling them my car. There was a miscommunication between Gage and the floor manager, and I was told my payments would be about $640. Then I get back to the financing and I'm notified of the miscommunication and payment increases. Okay, fine, I get it. I sign all paperwork and I'm sent home with the car after asking for the paperwork via email (this was on Saturday). I also requested that vehicle registration be included in the loan so that can be taken care of. I call on email and call more than once on Tuesday asking for the paperwork with nothing. I then call the floor manager directly who gets with the financial person and they send me the paperwork (or so I think). I don't get it because they had my email wrong that I had already verified with them more than once! I have to call again to try to get paperwork so I can insure the vehicle. However none of this paperwork includes loan information, which is also needed from my insurance company. I then get a call from the financial person another 2-3 days later and he basically tells me he thinks he found me a loan. Wait WHAT?! I don't have financing on a car you sent me home with? This is news to me! I also asked at this time about the registration and receive no update, I was told to call the main line and ask. I'm sorry, why? I requested it be included, so he should have known that. I call the main line and ask about the registration and they tell me I can come in and do it there but don't verify whether or not it was included as I requested. I then write a negative review on a website and magically get called by their customer service department. I explain everything that is going on including I have yet to get any information on the registration and she says she will speak with her manager and call me back the next time. She does call back the next day but her manager is out of the office, so she sends an email and her manager will get back to me, which was yesterday. Today, I received NO phone call or anything from the manager. At this point, they have treated me like trash and I'm nothing but a number to them but they had NO problem taking my money, if they even did because I still don't have loan information. I will absolutely be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as this is ridiculous. More
