Just had my 2010 Accord serviced atFindlay Honda. Carlos was my service advisor. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Have been using Findlay to keep my Honda in top running condition. New service advisor Jeremy was very helpful the other day and politely quoted some needed vehicle maintenance items for my 2013 Civic 110k interval. I ended up bringing vehicle in today 5/22 to replace the a and politely quoted some needed vehicle maintenance items for my 2013 Civic 110k interval. I ended up bringing vehicle in today 5/22 to replace the all original plugs, serpentine belt, coolant flush, and oil service and tire rotation. Pricing was lower than even the Toyota quote I got for same work, and he applied a 15% older vehicle service coupon to bring my total even lower than expected. He arranged courtesy Uber to and from my work place, which was very convenient. He was nice enough to walk through all the services they performed and showed me some of the recommendations for upcoming service intervals, but didn't try to upsell any extraneous services, and said vehicle is in great shape for the near future. Appreciate his calling me promptly when the vehicle was ready for pickup, and it was all washed and ready upon my arrival. Jeremy is a great asset to your service department! Thanks again. More
