They had me go back 3 times to resign papers. Promised me a 6% interest rate when I left then when I came back had to resign for 8% interest rate. Things were sporadic, inconsistent and I didn’t feel like I mattered. The first time I bought a car was a little better at Honda than this second time. I am still very hesitant on a referral and if I’m going stay with them moving forward. More

Marissa was very attentive in what we were looking for and knew exactly what we wanted. She was able to show us the car immediately and we took it for a test drive!
