I visited the Findlay Honda Henderson for my 2024 HR-V to be in service and my daughter is looking for a car. Chuck is so accommodating and polite. We wanted a 2025 Black Edition Honda Pilot in Sonic Gray. Only 1 local dealership had one in stock, and everyone else, even Findlay, had one on order. I was shopping for the best price and Findlay was the lo Only 1 local dealership had one in stock, and everyone else, even Findlay, had one on order. I was shopping for the best price and Findlay was the lowest, but in another state. I tried working with all of my local state dealerships and none of them would come within 1K of Findlay's price, and most told me that I would get a nasty surprise when I went out of state and found that Findlay would add extra costs since I'd be trapped out there. Nothing could be further from the truth. Chuck was my salesman and we didn't pay more than we were quoted from the start. He assigned the VIN to me before the car was delivered to the dealership and kept me informed as to the status of its arrival. He never said anything disparaging about any other Honda dealerships or car manufacturers. He also went above and beyond by arranging transportation from the airport to their dealership, having all the paperwork ready so financing was quick and easy, making sure the Findlay package was applied (which is crazy to me since the vehicle was off the truck and in our hands within hours) and giving us a tutorial of how to use all the bells and whisles in our new vehicle. When we got home, we had questions, and he was happy to answer them and work out any issues we may have. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. A+ for Findlay in Henderson. More
