Nancy is the first service adviser that I have ever really gotten to know. I always call her now for any service to my car. Nancy is knowledgeable, helpful, and takes the time to go to the parts wind really gotten to know. I always call her now for any service to my car. She has helped me get the accessories I wanted, and discussed products with me, describing their functions. As a direct result of Nancy, I am spending more on accessories than I would have normally, because she was willing to take the time with me to discuss then. She is friendly, upbeat and just a delight to work with. When I bought my new CRV last Friday, I think she was just as excited as I was!
