Purchased a new 2006 Civic Si coupe in Dec, 2005. Tom MacMillian was the internet sales manager I dealt with. Not only was Tom forthright, and straight-shooting, I even received a small discount off o MacMillian was the internet sales manager I dealt with. Not only was Tom forthright, and straight-shooting, I even received a small discount off of a car that was (at the time) selling for THOUSANDS over MSRP due to its popularity and difficulty to acquire at other dealership around the country. Tom and Shack/Findlay dealt with me very honestly and communicated very well. I have taken my Civic Si in for service on a few occasions and the service was prompt and done correctly, with the exception of the service dept. once using 5W20 oil, rather than 5W30, which is the recommended oil for my car. They swapped it on my request with no argument. I can't speak for the rest of the sales staff for Shack/Findlay, however, I HIGHLY recommend Tom MacMillian if you are shopping for Honda in Las Vegas. More
