Every time the word Honda comes up, Jeff’s name comes up along with it. I have nothing but nice things to share with friends and family about Jeff. When going into a dealership, you may feel sometimes the salesmen are out to get you, but I trust Jeff and I know he is honest. I've also had the opportunity to work with Joe Williams and he has been great! He remembers your name, calls to make sure everything is going okay with the car, and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy each time you show up at the Honda dealer. These two guys together make a complete package deal! More

I came in at the end of a lease to purchase the vehicle. I was first told the "payoff amount", which was higher than the amount on the lease contract. Then I was told that I had to pay a $995 "inspection f I was first told the "payoff amount", which was higher than the amount on the lease contract. Then I was told that I had to pay a $995 "inspection fee". When I pointed out that a inspection was not required when purchasing the vehicle I was told this was a new dealership fee. Translation: dealership wants some cash. I worked the inspection fee down to an amount more reasonable for the work. The sales man did not set up the appointment as promised, and when I did show up for my "inspection" the service writer was at a loss as for what to do. I left - I got ripped off and I'm not playing along any more. They may have made a few bucks, but they lost a customer. I'm not going back. More

I had to call Honda's corporate headquarters to get them to give me another car. Alex sold me the car, so stay away from him. All of his colleagues are dirt bags as well. It seems as if they're making plans in the back offices trying to scheme up ways to bend people over and take as much money as they can. Be aware of their silly warranty offers as well. The funniest thing about this situation is one of the dirt bags claimed to be Christian. I wonder what God will say to him on judgment day. More
Purchased a new 2006 Civic Si coupe in Dec, 2005. Tom MacMillian was the internet sales manager I dealt with. Not only was Tom forthright, and straight-shooting, I even received a small discount off of a car that was (at the time) selling for THOUSANDS over MSRP due to its popularity and difficulty to acquire at other dealership around the country. Tom and Shack/Findlay dealt with me very honestly and communicated very well. I have taken my Civic Si in for service on a few occasions and the service was prompt and done correctly, with the exception of the service dept. once using 5W20 oil, rather than 5W30, which is the recommended oil for my car. They swapped it on my request with no argument. I can't speak for the rest of the sales staff for Shack/Findlay, however, I HIGHLY recommend Tom MacMillian if you are shopping for Honda in Las Vegas. More
