I was not looking forward to going through the process of buying a new car. Aaron was very efficient, respectful and friendly. I came in to brows for deals on a used car and ended up buying! I was helped by Chris "Big Red" Hinklin who was really helpful in showing me around and giving me info while I checked out the lot. I came in to purchase a used car for my son. David Glenn was very unfriendly and unprofessional. He acted like he didn't want to be bothered with us and basically wasting his time. If I had to rate Mr. Glenn, I'd give him an "F", and would NEVER EVER do any type of transaction with him. With good customer service being a top priority, Mr. Glenn should not be working for Findlay Honda. More

Alex Fuess was my sales man, he asked what I was looking for and I told him a Mini Van. Not once did he try to show me or sell me anything other than an Mini Van. He showed me the Odessey, I took it for a d for and I told him a Mini Van. Not once did he try to show me or sell me anything other than an Mini Van. He showed me the Odessey, I took it for a drive and it was great. As we were going over the price and my trade ins he talked to kevin, who suddgested another van that they just received. I took that van for a drive and it had more options on it and was a year newer with less miles for about the same price as the Honda. Alex stated the obvious that wasn't at the time so obvious to me " Man its newer it has less miles and has more options". I went with this one it was a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country Touring Edition. My credit was not good enough to get the car at what i thought was a great deal. These 2 guys, lowered the price so that i could purchase it. Never have i heard of such a thing, they put me the customer first.... I have told many of my coworkers and friends about this and I would tell anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to go see these guys. More

As a previous customer, I went to Findlay Honda to look at used cars for my 20 year old daughter, who is entering her 4th year of college. I was delighted to encounter the same great customer service that we experienced when we purchased our Odyssey a few years earlier. Jackie was my initial contact who navigated me thru their inventory taking the time to explain the benefits of a certified pre-owed vehicle and took the time to ask what features in a vehicle would be important to my daughter. He also introduced me to Elan explaining that my daughter was a Elementary Education major. They both explained the benefits their dealership could offer college students and teachers. I never felt pressured or rushed. Quite the opposite. They took the time to answer my many questions concerning service, loans etc. I did not purchase a vehicle on my initial visit, but felt that I should shop around. It did not take me long before realizing other dealerships in Las Vegas paled in comparison to Findlay Honda. I could not wait to return to staff and service who I felt I could trust. Luckily for me, there was a car available for sale that fit my daughter's needs. Elan and Jackie bent over backwards to make the process completely painless. The Finance Manager (sorry, his name escapes me) was fabulous; paperwork was a breeze. Jackie also took the time to walk my daughter thru all the features of the vehicle we purchased to be sure she was comfortable with everything, and Elan made sure we didn't leave before getting his cell number in case we had any questions. We have always brought our Odyssey to Findlay Henderson for our service needs and have been very pleased with both the regular service department and the express service. The staff at Findlay Henderson actually makes purchasing a car enjoyable! Don't bother with the others, come straight to this dealership; you will not be disappointed! More
