This was the first time I had entertained buying a car online. After a few emails Chris had an idea what I was looking for and in what price range. The Customer service was AMAZING!! We went in to trade our 2006 Ford for a 2010 Honda but the deal did not go through. Instead we walked away with a brand new 2010 Honda Civic. Harris was Super friendly and as far as car dealers go he was excellent, he didn't try to push us into something that we didn't want, instead helped us to get into something that we actually wanted. Everyone we worked with helped us out and was extremely friendly. I definitely had a great experience making a deal with Findlay Honda and I am going to recommend this dealership to everybody I know. We got such a great deal and got more than we bargained for car wise. The price is perfect, we were going to have to pay more per month on an older car then we do on this brand new one so that is a PLUS! It all depends upon who you work with at this dealer. The first night I went there it took 20 minutes for someone to come out and help me. Then I was immediately handed off to someone else. Neither one of these guys knew as much about the car I was looking at as I did. I had filled out an online inquiry and Aaron Weinzetl called me the next morning and requested I meet him. He was much more knowledgeable and didn't hand me off to anyone. I felt I was being at least listened to by him. He was very efficient and didn't waste my time. We were able to come to a mutually agreeable price and get the process going. I recommend working with Aaron if you go there. More

I'll begin with that I own a 2004 Honda Accord. Findlay was recommended by the out of state dealership where I originally purchased. After relocating to Nevada my 1st visit was with Nancy Harter/Service A was recommended by the out of state dealership where I originally purchased. After relocating to Nevada my 1st visit was with Nancy Harter/Service Advisor. The car was having issues and after explaining the "symptoms" to Nancy who by the way has the patience of a doctor listening to a customer explain in a language that has to be converted to car terms put me at ease immediately. Long story short it was resolved beyond what any dealership would do and more!!! Nancy takes charge and gets the job done period. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for service. Recently had a fan belt replaced and rear brakes it was Nancy's day off & she still made sure the service was top notch. As far as i can see the employees work as a team. Thanks Nancy you are the best :) More
