I have had my 2004 Honda Civic serviced by Findlay Honda since I purchased it. I have always trusted them to take care of my all-time favorite car. They have treated me very well over the years. She is always very friendly and professional, and when she tells me what is wrong with my car, I know that I can trust her word implicitly. I am sixty five years old and have purchased 8 new cars in my lifetime. This was without a doubt the best new car buying experience I ever had. I got the car, a Honda CR-V, at the price I wanted to pay. The salesman, Richie Vazquez, listened to what the customer wanted rather that try to sell me something I didn't want. Fact is I went to another dealer in Las Vegas first and was told the car I wanted wasn't available...I wanted a white one...Richie Vazquez didn't have one in stock, but three days later I had my car. Findlay Honda Henderson is about 30 miles from my house. In Vegas that means a $91.00 cab ride. When I told Richie he didn't pause, he came to my house and drove me to the dealership. These guys are awesome. More

Jeff and I are old hats at this. This is my 4 Ridgeline. I know Jeff is the Finance person and totally believes in the Honda products. I can not give Nancy Harter enough praise for the quality in customer service she has given to me and a coworker of mine over the years. She is diligent and pleasant, and i can always count on her to answer in customer service she has given to me and a coworker of mine over the years. It would be wonderful if all places of business had a "Nancy Harter" who's professionalism and efficiency made my hectic days a little easier. Even though there have been several manufacturing issues surrounding my make and model honda accord 2009, i just may stick with Honda only because of the excellence in customer service. I would also like to give a "shout out" to Obi who figured out why my navigation system was defective. Taking your car in for service is not something we all look forward to. However, I have been going to Nancy and Travis for many years, and they are the Dream Team. In fact, I have driven in from Summerlin look forward to. However, I have been going to Nancy and Travis for many years, and they are the Dream Team. In fact, I have driven in from Summerlin just because the service is so great. They are always very courteous and honest. I always know that I am being treated fairly. Recently, my wife's car was in for service (we both have Hondas), and I was promptly given a ride home, and the rear brakes were replaced quickly. If you need your Honda serviced, and are looking for a good dealership with great service, then go see Nancy or Travis at Findlay...you won't be sorry. Great job guys! EM More
