Taking your car in for service is not something we all look forward to. However, I have been going to Nancy and Travis for many years, and they are the Dream Team. Recently, my wife's car was in for service (we both have Hondas), and I was promptly given a ride home, and the rear brakes were replaced quickly. I have had experiences in the past with car dealers, and I usually end up waiting 4-5 hours total to get the deal I want.
