I'll begin with that I own a 2004 Honda Accord. Findlay was recommended by the out of state dealership where I originally purchased. After relocating to Nevada my 1st visit was with Nancy Harter/Service A was recommended by the out of state dealership where I originally purchased. After relocating to Nevada my 1st visit was with Nancy Harter/Service Advisor. The car was having issues and after explaining the "symptoms" to Nancy who by the way has the patience of a doctor listening to a customer explain in a language that has to be converted to car terms put me at ease immediately. Long story short it was resolved beyond what any dealership would do and more!!! Nancy takes charge and gets the job done period. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for service. Recently had a fan belt replaced and rear brakes it was Nancy's day off & she still made sure the service was top notch. As far as i can see the employees work as a team. Thanks Nancy you are the best :) More

We had looked all over town and were getting very frustrated and disappointed in trying to find a safe SUV for my mother, for at least 2 weeks. Then we found Findlay Honda, and salesman Wayne Bonner greeted us warmly and had the patience of an angel, he really took the time to help us find the vehicle we wanted, including coffee & lunch, how special is that. When I met Chris for the first time, I felt so comfotable at Honda and knew that getting a new car would not only be a smooth process, but a pleasent one. Chris is funny, charming and down to earth. He Is a real person who is not trying to sell you a car for a high price. He truly wants the best for his customers and cares about their happiness. I still go back to visit his smiling face! I am very happy with my car and am very glad I had chris's advice on what suits me best! More
I purchased my Honda new in 2008. Within the past year while taking it in for regular service I was told the first time my brake pad life was at 5% and needed immediate replacement. Something didn't soun while taking it in for regular service I was told the first time my brake pad life was at 5% and needed immediate replacement. Something didn't sound right as I look at the inspection ratings each time I take it in and the prior service was brake pads at 75% life. I chose to make a written complaint to the Service Manager who when he received my letter explaining being lied to as I took my vehicle into a Brake Specialist and was told I would not need brakes for a long time they were in great condition. The Service Manager offered me a full detail on my car for the inconvience and I let it go. Last Monday 1/16/2012 I took my car in for service, in the comment section was`"fRONT BRAKES (PADS @ 10%) rEAR bRAKE (PADS @ 0%) Front and rear brake replacement. There was no verbal discussion that I had 0% brakes pads left on the rear of the car. After my prior experience and due to the fact if rear pads were at 0% it would be metal to metal and definately making that noise, my Honda book under brakes said when pads got down to a certain thickness you would begin hearing a noise. My brakes have never made any kind of a noise ever. I immediately went to a shop who does nothing but brakes and was advised the information given me on my brake was incorrect and there was 30 to 40% pad life on all four wheels. I believe certain people are targeted such as women and older people who when they are told something like the brakes are at 0% they without question spend the money and replace the part that could be life threatening. Trust and loyalty between a dealership and their customers is without question. Ok Findlay Honda Henderson, I was lied to once and accepted a car detail, now I have been lied to again about the same thing and I am done with your dealership and intend to share this information with all our business connections AND friends. We were going to go into to the dealership and talk to the General Manager about this happening twice but for what reason. We want nothing more from Findlay and will never buy anything from them again. More
I do not like shopping for cars!! When I was introduced I do not like shopping for cars!! When I was introduced to Richie it was like being reaquainted with an old friend. Honda's pretty much "sell themselves"...but Richie's demenor & knowledge gave me a comfort level that I was looking for. I have had my Civic for three months now and on two occations I needed "further instructions" on how to utilize some of the fine features this car has to offer. Richie treated me as graciously as when we were in "the sales process". His willingness to take the time "after the sale" is one of several reasons why I will deal with Richie in the future. More
Nancy is one very important reason I will stay with Findley Honda. Going in for Service is akin to going to the Dentist...never fun and money you would much perfer to spend elsewhere. Unlike the Dentist...this experience is painless and Nancy "spells it out" in such a way that I feel confident that I am getting the best value for my dollar. I was cleaning the battery terminals on my 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid when I found out that when I reconnected them my radio and navigation went out and wouldn't be functional without a code. I called Fin Accord Hybrid when I found out that when I reconnected them my radio and navigation went out and wouldn't be functional without a code. I called Findlay Honda to get the code and they said they can't give codes out over the phone and I'd have to come in to get the codes. That was somewhat inconvenient but I realized it was for security purposes so I came in. Roger greeted me at the Express Service department and was able to get my radio code but not my navigation code. I told him I really need my navigation for my job and he searched my car from bumper to bumper looking for a serial number to look up my navigation code. He asked several people in the service department on where the serial number could be and he searched everywhere again. He finally ended up calling the manufacturer and getting the code. I'm really sorry I took up so much of his time but he wasn't going to quit until he got my codes. I'd like to thank Roger VERY MUCH for going above and beyond my expectations and he is the reason I continue to go to Findlay Honda for all of my services. The entire Service staff is very friendly and easy to work with but Roger definitely made a huge positive impression that reminds me of old Vegas when customers were treated like people and not a number. What more can I say about my favorite service advisor, Ms Nancy Harter? I brought in my aging CRV for routine maintenance in addition to a minor repair on 1/3/2012, and Nancy provided me with her always exceptional level of customer care. With the economy as it is nowadays, every bit of savings helps and it was particularly considerate of her to apply the Honda coupons (which I had forgotten to bring with me) as well as print out a statement I would need in order to claim future reimbursement from a compressor issue (which I had received in the mail but also forgot about). The few other advisors I've experienced throughout my service history were ok, but Nancy tends to leave me with a much greater feeling that she really cares about me and my car's needs. I'll be requesting her specifically on my next scheduled services! Thanks again, Nancy! See you in 3 months!!! More
