With my car overdue for a major tuneup, I was fearing the worst for my pocketbook as well as expecting at least a 3-4 hrs wait before the job would be completed, ugh. I wholeheartedly give Nancy Harter the highest praise for making this service a surprisingly quick and cost-effective visit. Not only did she help me save money with coupons, but her recommendations on what should be repaired now versus what can hold off until next time really made my total payment much more affordable. It's refreshingly impressive to be able to experience people at a business where the staff aren't out to price-gouge their customers. Since I arrived early enough in the morning, the repair crew also managed to finish my car in just 2 hrs! The entire Honda personnel, from beginning to end, were all friendly and attentive, and their assistance is likewise sincerely appreciated. Thanks, everyone! :) More

terms of insurance coverage required for alease agreement were not discussed. Four months after lease was completed we get a notice in the mail from honda stating if we did not increase the policy limits on were not discussed. Four months after lease was completed we get a notice in the mail from honda stating if we did not increase the policy limits on the vehicle they would terminate the lease.This is fine, exept we paid the three year lease in advance and Honda did not want to refund the unused portion of the lease.AS far as i'm concerned if honda and this dealership are that desperate for sales then I will never buy or lease another Honda product or deal with findlay auto group again.There are too many other reputable dealers out there,and Honda vehicles are becoming somewhat dated with the competition passing them by.The CRV we leased has been somewhat of a disappointment.Maybe thats why they need to not discuss some things. Purchased a car from this dealer. Loved the car. Loved the no pressure sales. Ran into a small problem. Was stopped by the police and they claimed the tint was too dark. Smiled and took the ticket, thank you Mr. Officer! (not really, but you know what I mean....) Proceeded to the Highway Patrol Office to have the tint tested. Wow, what do you know, the meter reported that in fact, it was too dark. Contacted my sales person (Harris)... He made a few calls to a few people (Emmanuel).... Harris, then called me and tolded me to come in for a removal and reapplication of a legal tint darkness. No problems. No questions. No charge. This matters a great deal to me and I wanted to share it with others. Honest mistake handled and taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. I will not visit any other auto dealer in Las Vegas. As long as I continue to like the Honda/Acura models, Findlay will be my choice. Look them up, give them a call. Harris was my original sales man, but it appears that everyone there is all about doing business the right way. So, any sales person should do. Tell them Prince sent you! This place does business, the PRUDENT way..... More
