Nancy is one very important reason I will stay with Findley Honda. Going in for Service is akin to going to the Dentist...never fun and money you would much perfer to spend elsewhere. I was cleaning the battery terminals on my 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid when I found out that when I reconnected them my radio and navigation went out and wouldn't be functional without a code. I called Fin Accord Hybrid when I found out that when I reconnected them my radio and navigation went out and wouldn't be functional without a code. I called Findlay Honda to get the code and they said they can't give codes out over the phone and I'd have to come in to get the codes. That was somewhat inconvenient but I realized it was for security purposes so I came in. Roger greeted me at the Express Service department and was able to get my radio code but not my navigation code. I told him I really need my navigation for my job and he searched my car from bumper to bumper looking for a serial number to look up my navigation code. He asked several people in the service department on where the serial number could be and he searched everywhere again. He finally ended up calling the manufacturer and getting the code. I'm really sorry I took up so much of his time but he wasn't going to quit until he got my codes. I'd like to thank Roger VERY MUCH for going above and beyond my expectations and he is the reason I continue to go to Findlay Honda for all of my services. The entire Service staff is very friendly and easy to work with but Roger definitely made a huge positive impression that reminds me of old Vegas when customers were treated like people and not a number. What more can I say about my favorite service advisor, Ms Nancy Harter? With the economy as it is nowadays, every bit of savings helps and it was particularly considerate of her to apply the Honda coupons (which I had forgotten to bring with me) as well as print out a statement I would need in order to claim future reimbursement from a compressor issue (which I had received in the mail but also forgot about). The few other advisors I've experienced throughout my service history were ok, but Nancy tends to leave me with a much greater feeling that she really cares about me and my car's needs. I'll be requesting her specifically on my next scheduled services! Thanks again, Nancy! See you in 3 months!!! More
My experience at Findlay Honda was like none other. Every time I go to get my vehicle serviced I am greeted by Matt, and his staff at the service center. I mimic the work of my employees, at a vet hospital, to work with the zeal and hospitality that they do. I came in on yesterday to have my 08' Civic serviced, but I ended up leaving the dealership with a brand spanking new 2012 Civic with many new added features. My trade did help out some, but my credit has sky rocketed allowing me to go from an APR % of 13.94% to 3.99%. It may take a little more time now to pay it off, but my buck goes so much farther. Being the professional that I am , I'll pay it off in no time!!! Like Eddie says, let your credit work for you, and that is what I intend to do. I have a lower monthly payment, and I have an even nicer car. The total amount owed is not even a problem, especially since I got a great deal paired with immaculate service. I worked with Chris Hinklin, my favorite red headed teddy bear, and Eddie, a true professional. When I got my first car here, I was pleased, but it says a lot when someone goes to the same dealership and the same salesperson to get a brand new vehicle. Chris you're awesome, and I wish you the best in your endeavor's with Honda. Thank you to you all. More
I went in on 12/24/2011 (Christmas Eve) in hope of finding an economical car to replace my 95 Grand Jeep Cherokee. I was helped by Aaron Weinzetl (internet sales manager) and based on my price range and wishes he found the perfect car for me. It wasn't long before I was test driving the 2012 Honda Civic Ex that I knew this was the perfect car I was looking for. Aaron did such a great job in explaining all the features and details of the car and he was able to explain to me something that no one has ever done before, the difference between leasing and buying. He is truly a wonderful person to deal with and I appreciate all the hard work he did for me, especially in getting me the best deal possible. After my pick of car I was sent to their finance manager, Don StaMaria, this guy truly saved me a ton of time at the dealership by processing all the paperwork quickly. Don was wonderful in explaining the payments and details of the sale. I truly appreciate all the hard work these guys did for me, especially because it was Christmas Eve and all of them gave me the same treatment as if it were any other day and did not pressure me at all. I had no intention of purchasing/leasing a new vehicle when I went to the dealer, only to test drive a few cars. Since my trade-in vehicle was a Honda Accord, I started at the Honda dealer. Sonny Van Ho when I went to the dealer, only to test drive a few cars. Since my trade-in vehicle was a Honda Accord, I started at the Honda dealer. Sonny Van Houten was an exceptional salesman who did not pressure us at all, answered all of our questions, and let me drive both cars that I wanted to compare. He was very helpful in all aspects of negotiations and really worked with us to get us the deal that would let me drive away in the new car I wanted! Sales Manager Elan was very fair in cutting us a deal and the financing paperwork with Don could not have gone smoother or faster! Excellent experience all the way around and I would highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. More
I communicated with Richie Vazquez over the internet about buying a new Honda Fit Sport. He kept me advised as to when they got one in stock, so that I could go in and test drive it. Then he kept me advised as to when the model I wanted would be arriving. He had given me a quote on the price that seemed fair and they did not try to pressure me into adding anything else. Richie is a knowledgeable salesperson with a good personality. It was fun to do business with him and everyone at the dealership I took delivery of the Fit a day earlier than promised and the whole couple hours spent with paperwork went by smoothly. It was a fun experience. If you are in the market for a new Honda....Richie is your man to see. More
