Sevice there is always really good. I take my element in for oil changes and basic maintenance. The express service is quick 20 to 30 min in and out. Elan stepped in when the deal was to be finalized. He, too, was not pushy and worked with us (my neighbor and me). I was very satisfied with the service rendered at this dealership. I have recommended you to my friends. Not sure if and when they may see you as money is tight for so many people. I was also very pleased with the trade-in value on my Dodge truck. Robin called me the next day to make sure everything was all right with my Honda FIT. I told her I was very pleased with it. A couple of days later I called her because I needed to get to the post office before it closed and it was raining. I did not know how to use the widnshield wipers and did not have time to read the manual. She was very gracious and said "let me go to a car and I can tell you what to do." She walked me through and taking that extra step really meant a lot to me. More
