I had contacted Aaron through email at least 10 times before going to the dealership. I specifically told him what I was looking for and was assured that he would inform me if the car I wanted was no lo before going to the dealership. I took my sons in to see the Oddyssey we had been thinking about. Darrell let us drive it and talked to us about it without any pressure to buy one. He answered all of our questions then asked for an offer of what we would pay to buy a car then. Our sons loved the car and we needed another car, so we made one and negotiated a bit. Darrell was very easy to deal with and Kevin, the sales manager, was very friendly. We ended up buying the car that day and we've been delighted ever since. All the staff have continued to be very friendly and helpful. We got our accessories installed about a week later through service and Kiera is even going to register the car for us! Couldn't be happier. More
