This was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership I have done business with. Let's face it, getting a new car is fun but we all dread the back and forth hastle at a car dealership. You don't need to dread that any longer, this was fun and easy. I would recommend Findlay to everyone and I will. We own 3 Hondas. Nancy has been our service specialist. She is an exceptional employee,very helpful to our needs. The car comes back to us as if it just came out of the lot, working great and the price for service does not break the "bank" so to speak. One customer was so nasty to the service dept, yelled at everybody but when it was our turn to be helped, they managed to forget the "nasty guy episode" and gave us 100% of their attention and with a SMILE! Wait time for oil changes is not bad at all. Comp car wash greatly appreciated. More

I have a 2010 Accord v6. My first couple of service experiences were with Express Service for oil changes. Colton took excellent care of me, answered all my questions, and was very careful with my car experiences were with Express Service for oil changes. My AC was not cooling very well so I asked Colton if there was a Service Advisor with the same excellent customer service skills as he exhibited and he recommended Nancy. Nancy was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and greeted me when I pulled into the service driveway. Nancy answered all my questions and took great care of me and my car. She explained all the work that was done and got me out in the 2 hours she had estimated to check the AC. I take excellent care of my vehilce and Nancy made sure the tech covered the vehicle and treated it with care. I live on the west side of town, but am willing to travel 30 minutes and trust Nancy and Colton with my Honda; enough said. More

With my car overdue for a major tuneup, I was fearing the worst for my pocketbook as well as expecting at least a 3-4 hrs wait before the job would be completed, ugh. I wholeheartedly give Nancy Harter the highest praise for making this service a surprisingly quick and cost-effective visit. Not only did she help me save money with coupons, but her recommendations on what should be repaired now versus what can hold off until next time really made my total payment much more affordable. It's refreshingly impressive to be able to experience people at a business where the staff aren't out to price-gouge their customers. Since I arrived early enough in the morning, the repair crew also managed to finish my car in just 2 hrs! The entire Honda personnel, from beginning to end, were all friendly and attentive, and their assistance is likewise sincerely appreciated. Thanks, everyone! :) More

terms of insurance coverage required for alease agreement were not discussed. Four months after lease was completed we get a notice in the mail from honda stating if we did not increase the policy limits on were not discussed. Four months after lease was completed we get a notice in the mail from honda stating if we did not increase the policy limits on the vehicle they would terminate the lease.This is fine, exept we paid the three year lease in advance and Honda did not want to refund the unused portion of the lease.AS far as i'm concerned if honda and this dealership are that desperate for sales then I will never buy or lease another Honda product or deal with findlay auto group again.There are too many other reputable dealers out there,and Honda vehicles are becoming somewhat dated with the competition passing them by.The CRV we leased has been somewhat of a disappointment.Maybe thats why they need to not discuss some things. More
