We highly recommend Nancy in the service department! She has helped out our Honda family of 4, in so many ways. She greets us with a huge smile, gets us a ride home and makes sure the vehicle is ready on time to have us picked up on time. We get the car washed, which is greatly appreciated too. My fiance needed to get a vehicle asap but I was out of town on a short term business assignment. She had not had great experience with car dealerships in the past and insisted that come with her to execu town on a short term business assignment. I was running out of options and time so I turned to Richie Vazquez to help me out with the situation. After negotiating a fair price via phone/email I talked my fiance into heading down to the dealership on her own. She was nervous that the deal would change when she arrived but Richie Vazquez assured me that the numbers would be the same as quoted via email. After the deal was done we still had the rental car to deal with and a hungry 8 year old in tow. Richie Vazquez went the extra mile and followed my fiance in her new car to the rental car return pavilion. Now that's what I call service!!! Later on that evening I received a phone call from a very happy woman who said she never thought purchasing a car could be so easy. Thanks Richie!!!! More
My wife, myself along with our dod were enroute to Durango,CO with a stop in Las Vegas for a neice's 21 birthday. Five minues after leaving BAKER, CA, our CR-V's air conditioning suddenly stopped work Durango,CO with a stop in Las Vegas for a neice's 21 birthday. Five minues after leaving BAKER, CA, our CR-V's air conditioning suddenly stopped working. It was 105 degrees outside - a miserable ride to Las Vegas. We arrived as Findlay's Honda at 3:00 PM on Saturday, 6-16-2012. We were met by Travis Miller. I explained the situation to him on our trip. He told me the sercice tech would take a look and report back to me through him. In less than an hour, Travis told me the results of the inspection. Travis also told me the Honda Care would foot the bill including the rental car. Travis told me the car would be ready to pickup on Monday - 6/18/12 buy noon. As Travis was leaving on vacation the next day, Mary Harter would complete the service paperwork etc. She called me on Monday morning saying rhe tech was working on the car and noon completion looked firm. She was correct - calling me at about 1030AM saying the car was ready. She even arranged to return the rental car for me. More
Nancy is fantastic, very personel and efficient. She explained everything that was going to be done to our vehicle. Ive been in the honda service dept so much, they know me by name. Lucky for me, everyone is beyond nice. When my transmission went out, right after my hondacare expired, Nancy went above and beyond to make by name. Lucky for me, everyone is beyond nice. When my transmission went out, right after my hondacare expired, Nancy went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. Unfortunately after my car left the shop for that, my engine went out. Being a broke college student, Nancy calmed me down in the middle of a little breakdown and once again made sure I got an amazing deal. Anytime I have a problem as well as my mother who is also a honda owner, she does everything in your power to make sure the stress of expensive car repairs is minimized. I will recommend anyone to findlay honda and especially Nancy, honda owner or not. As long as Nancy is there taking care of me, Ill be a honda owner for life! More

I have been a Honda owner since 1997 when I bought my first Honda. I now own two Honda vehicles and I have always had them serviced at the dealership. Nancy Harter has been nothing but exceptional. I will call her to see what I am due for on my cars and she has always been on top of it. She greets everyone with a smile. The service times are quick and my cars have always run like they are brand new. The staff at this dealership are top notch. I don't think of Nancy as a staff member. I think of her as my friend. More
