There are 3 Honda dealerships out here in Vegas. Findlay Honda Henderson is the only place I will go even though it's way far from my house. Their customer service is exceptional! Each and every time I go to Findlay Honda I look or ask for Nancy. I was fortunate the first time to have be assigned to Nancy and she called ahead to confirm an appointment. I was just a couple of weeks ago and Nancy had the day off and unfortunately I did not receive the same care. I was in today 8/23/12 and once again Nancy went out of her way to assist me and everything was great. I really recommend the dealership and go in and ask for Nancy she will take care of you and your vehicle. More

Nancy is definitely a representative of GREAT customer service. She is genuine and caring. She will listen to you and will recommend things you haven't even had the chance to think of yet! I went to a different Honda Dealership on West Sahara and the customer service there was incredibly bad and disappointing especially because I had an urgent issue with my SRS Airbag light. I expressed it to Nancy and she apologized (when she didn't have to!) and took great care of the issue as if it was no trouble whatsoever. She explained the steps and kept a great line of communication. She is super sweet and definitely an asset to Honda Henderson! Thank you Nancy!! More

I am so thankful to have been connected to Nancy Harter when I was researching options for getting the timing belt on our Honda Odyssey replaced. As a family of five on a very tight budget and with only one car, I was very concerned about not only the cost of the repair but also the logistics of being without our sole source of transportation for any amount of time. Nancy quickly allayed any worries I had by informing me of a coupon that was available on the service that I needed as well as offering to provide a loaner car for me for the day. I can't tell you of the relief that this provided for me that I did not have to worry about how to make this situation work so that my husband could get to work, my children would be safe, and the car could be affordably repaired. Moreover, the sincerity and genuine kindness that emanated from this woman was unmistakable. She did not pressure me at all but provided me with her direct phone line and told me to contact her when I was ready and she would make it work for us. Because of my phone experience with Nancy, I knew that Findlay Honda is where I wanted to go to handle this repair. Today we went and had the repair done. Everything worked just as she said it would, with no surprises or glitches. Some recall work needed to be done as well as a couple other items that were discovered and needed fixing but the pricing was fair and I was told in advance and allowed to decide if I wanted it performed now. The rental car process was smooth and made so easy for me. I cannot say enough positive things about Nancy Harter. I would recommend that anyone considering getting their car repaired contact Nancy at Findlay Honda because you will be treated fairly and with compassion. She made a potentially stressful situation so painless. Thank you, Nancy, for all the kindness you showed to our family.
