Best car service center I've ever dealt with. I took my Ridgeline in the other afternoon with a problem that reoccurred from when I bought the car from Findlay a year ago which included a stereo t I took my Ridgeline in the other afternoon with a problem that reoccurred from when I bought the car from Findlay a year ago which included a stereo that no longer worked. I pulled up without an appointment and the service department rep greeted me immediately (didn't get his name) and fixed the stereo on the spot and then sent me to George who was the service rep who helped me when I first bought the car and fixed the problem initially. I assumed I'd have to make an appointment and then bring the car back and be charged a service fee and I was not looking forward to it. Nope, to all of it. George took the car right then and there had it completely fixed and back to me within 15 minutes. As I was leaving I quickly asked him about the back interior handle that was no longer connected, again thinking I'd have to make an appointment, and George just took 5 minutes to fix it right there on the spot. Again, I showed up without an appointment, and George and the staff took care of me immediately without charging me anything. They were awesome. Prior to owning this Ridgeline, my first Honda, I used to get scheduled maintenance from other mechanics to save a little money, but I now do everything through Honda Service and Honda Service Express at Findlay because they do such an awesome job there. More

Mr, Read the fine line Purchased a car a month ago thinking that the salesprice included the sales tax and registration like what they did for me at the other Honda dealersh Purchased a car a month ago thinking that the salesprice included the sales tax and registration like what they did for me at the other Honda dealership. After a negotiation and taking my money, I found that they did not include the registration. This guy and the rest of Honda dealership DO NOT have a word of mouth! All he can tell me is the deal we made with the salesperson is worthless if it is not in writing. He even promised that he will get the "license plates and registration in 5 to 10 days but did not return any of our phone calls. We were getting the run around with Beverly. They finally called us 29 days after our purchase that it's ready for pick up and found out that the temporary plate is expiring the next day, SO much for his sales pitch and "word of mouth" That's right. His word of mouth of "5 to 10 business days of getting our plates is not in writing too! Just like their salesperon Jeremy said about including the registration fee with the salesprice is not in writing. I will call consumer alert about this dealership! More
I went to Findlay and was greeted by Nancy, I use to get y car serviced at a place in Boulder City, I thought I was getting a better deal and saving $. On my last visit there they had recommended a lot of services that they said I needed, I had a recall and went to Findlay and Nancy asked my permission to do a free inspection, thinking to myself oh here we go. I agreed to the free inspection of my vehicle , thinking oh boy this is it. Nancy came back to me with a clean bill of health, the other recommendations were not needed! She introduced me other shop foreman Ed and he to re assured me that what my local place I was going to did ot indeed the things they were trying to sell me! I am a single mom and I don't have the extra cash to put out but, indeed want myself and son to to be safe. The price of an oil change is cheaper than what I was paying and get this they even washed my vehicle for me. I will not go back to the so called $ saver place again! Nancy had a heart of gold and was so pleasant to do business with. You better hang on to her....I will keep coming back because of her! More
I had brought my Accord in with a few issues and Tim handled it all with no problem. Great service and recommend him highly as well as the dealership. Roger helped me immensely when I came to Honda to get my hybrid checked out for an Engine/IMA light. There was doubt whether I could make a return appointment to get a replacement IMA battery installed bec hybrid checked out for an Engine/IMA light. There was doubt whether I could make a return appointment to get a replacement IMA battery installed because I'm military and don't get many vacation days. He worked out a way for me to get a rental loaner car to drive so Honda could keep my car overnight without affecting my ability to get to work. Since I have odd work hours he even worked out for me to do a night drop off the next day and pick up my car. The battery install and service from Honda was great! I really appreciate Roger helping work with my work schedule and still getting the job done. Please pass on my gratitude. Well done Honda! More

Horrible experience! My husband (a disable veteran by the way) and I went to go purchase a car the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The dealer kept us there over 5-1/2 hrs doing the "dealer dance" and coming up way) and I went to go purchase a car the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The dealer kept us there over 5-1/2 hrs doing the "dealer dance" and coming up with a good price. We went into financing signed ALL the contracts agreements and were ready to leave and the last minute they said we had to take our trade in, because I could not prove my income that late at night ( it was now 10:30pm!). OK not happy, but I understood as my income comes from rental properties and I just don't carry my taxes, rent rolls, leases and bank statements in my back pocket). We ( the car manager, car salesman, finance guy and my husband and I) all agreed we would come back Monday to provide them with whatever they needed, in addition, I was to check with the credit unions to see if they had a better rate then what they were providing. So Monday we returned I checked with the credit unions ( they were slightly higher), then called the dealership. I left messages for the used car manager, the salesman, the finance guy and in the general mail box with NO return call. SO Tuesday we started again with the calls. I finally got another salesman on the phone who after several" ums and ahhs" and "not sure what is going on", finally admitted they sold my car that was under contract... say what? The true sorry gets worse from there. I finally got a call from the salesman Micheal Cabreara who then started yelling at me as if I did something wrong! He said I could not prove income. This is not really true as my income is verifiable, just a little difficult to do at 10:30 at night and no one wanted to take another hour and a half that evening for me to go home, gather the appropriate info, that is why we wrote the agreement and were all on the same page that evening. After taking the abuse from the salesman, about 1/2 hour later I get a call from a guy who says he is the used car sales manager applogizing for what happened and said " everthing happend for a reason, we will find you a better deal, I have over 28 dealerships I will find a better deal for you". I asked when I should hear from him and he said the afternoon and again in the morning. No call happened that Tuesday evening, but I did get a call in the morning Monday from the used car sales manager CJ who said he did not know what was going on as he had been off for 2 days. WOW! evidently there are a lot of games being played over there. So after a short call with him I get another call from the salesman Micheal, who again started acting like I had dome something wrong and we now shifted from "your could not prove income" to "you were going to get your own financing"(which this was only a option), My question to him was I could get it, but how am I supposed to get financing on a car you already gave/sold to someone else? He could not provide an answer, but tried to redirect asking again about getting financing. So next was another call from CJ the used car sales manager, Who got me prior to going into an appointment, said he would call back and I have yet to hear from him after 5 additional days! Way to treat a Vet Findlay! I would be very, very cautious of doing ANY business with these people as they appear to be major scam artist and game players and in the end, they will screw you and think nothing of their actions, nor will they take reponsibility for bad behavior and wrongful actions. I have one last comment as Findlay kept asking me if I got financing, the answer is no...cash and guess where we are taking it? More
