We ordered our CR-Z from Findlay Honda Henderson a few months ago. They were courteous to keep us updated on the delivery schedule on a regular basis. As soon as the vehicle arrived, they took it right in months ago. They were courteous to keep us updated on the delivery schedule on a regular basis. As soon as the vehicle arrived, they took it right in and got it ready for us. When we arrived to the dealer, the car was waiting and ready. The whole process from start to finish was professional transparent, and they didn't try to sell us 'stuff' we didn't need with the financing. We didn't sit around for hours waiting for service and we were asked by salesmen, other than our own, several times if we needed anything, water, etc. Aaron Weintzetl was our salesman, he was responsive and had everything in order for us without our requesting anything extra. We definitely recommend Findlay Honda Henderson for your next Honda purchase, new or pre-owned. Their staff is courteous, clean and easy to talk to. The Honda brand is just the same, reliable, well-designed, and oh so fun to drive. Can't wait to see what they produce next. This little CR-Z EX is sporty, comfy and has an awesome stereo. Colton was extremely helpful and thorough and addressed all my service needs in a timely and professional manner. Like most people who take their automobile to the dealership, my skepticism was at an all time high. Colton answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. Colton, at such a young age, understands the importance of providing the best quality customer service possible. Colton "Gets It" and is a definite attribute to the Findlay Honda Service Department. Nancy was great and was ready for me when I got there. She knew what I needed and knew I would need a ride so she was ready to call the shuttle driver as well. Nancy takes such good care of me and my cars. She's like family. I've lost count of how many times she's helped me but today was another example of her exceptional service. I brought in my Odyssey yesterd family. I've lost count of how many times she's helped me but today was another example of her exceptional service. I brought in my Odyssey yesterday after finding a crack in my AC compressor. Thinking I would just have to pay the full price of repair, I asked Nancy to get me a quote. Upon seeing the crack Nancy immediately informed me that my auto insurance may cover part of the repair. I called my insurance and after a quick appraisal they determined that it was covered under my insurance and I would only have to pay my deductible. The difference was about $500! In a world where $$ counts, it's good to know people like Nancy are looking out for their customers and providing real value. More
