Horrible experience! My husband (a disable veteran by the way) and I went to go purchase a car the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The dealer kept us there over 5-1/2 hrs doing the "dealer dance" and coming up way) and I went to go purchase a car the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The dealer kept us there over 5-1/2 hrs doing the "dealer dance" and coming up with a good price. We went into financing signed ALL the contracts agreements and were ready to leave and the last minute they said we had to take our trade in, because I could not prove my income that late at night ( it was now 10:30pm!). OK not happy, but I understood as my income comes from rental properties and I just don't carry my taxes, rent rolls, leases and bank statements in my back pocket). We ( the car manager, car salesman, finance guy and my husband and I) all agreed we would come back Monday to provide them with whatever they needed, in addition, I was to check with the credit unions to see if they had a better rate then what they were providing. So Monday we returned I checked with the credit unions ( they were slightly higher), then called the dealership. I left messages for the used car manager, the salesman, the finance guy and in the general mail box with NO return call. SO Tuesday we started again with the calls. I finally got another salesman on the phone who after several" ums and ahhs" and "not sure what is going on", finally admitted they sold my car that was under contract... say what? The true sorry gets worse from there. I finally got a call from the salesman Micheal Cabreara who then started yelling at me as if I did something wrong! He said I could not prove income. This is not really true as my income is verifiable, just a little difficult to do at 10:30 at night and no one wanted to take another hour and a half that evening for me to go home, gather the appropriate info, that is why we wrote the agreement and were all on the same page that evening. After taking the abuse from the salesman, about 1/2 hour later I get a call from a guy who says he is the used car sales manager applogizing for what happened and said " everthing happend for a reason, we will find you a better deal, I have over 28 dealerships I will find a better deal for you". I asked when I should hear from him and he said the afternoon and again in the morning. No call happened that Tuesday evening, but I did get a call in the morning Monday from the used car sales manager CJ who said he did not know what was going on as he had been off for 2 days. WOW! evidently there are a lot of games being played over there. So after a short call with him I get another call from the salesman Micheal, who again started acting like I had dome something wrong and we now shifted from "your could not prove income" to "you were going to get your own financing"(which this was only a option), My question to him was I could get it, but how am I supposed to get financing on a car you already gave/sold to someone else? He could not provide an answer, but tried to redirect asking again about getting financing. So next was another call from CJ the used car sales manager, Who got me prior to going into an appointment, said he would call back and I have yet to hear from him after 5 additional days! Way to treat a Vet Findlay! I would be very, very cautious of doing ANY business with these people as they appear to be major scam artist and game players and in the end, they will screw you and think nothing of their actions, nor will they take reponsibility for bad behavior and wrongful actions. I have one last comment as Findlay kept asking me if I got financing, the answer is no...cash and guess where we are taking it? More

bought a 2013 odyssey, buying experience was great. did my first oil change and told the service staff that my breaks are squeeking, they just told me, it's probably just a glaze on the rotors. drove it ab my first oil change and told the service staff that my breaks are squeeking, they just told me, it's probably just a glaze on the rotors. drove it about 2 miles and the brakes are squeeking again. I called the service dept. to have it checked, came in and david p. assisted me. service was done and was told that they just cleaned it by using a brush. drove home and two days later I hear the squeeking again. called david p. again to schedule a service. came to the dealership and had it serviced. they placed the vehicle on the lifter and both david p. and a mechanic showed me that it might just be a build up of some kind of glaze thats what causing the noise, they showed me how shiny the rotor was thats what causing the squeeking. their suggestion to me was to brake harder so it will knock off the glazed. if I knew that all I have to do is break harder, then why would I even bother driving 15 miles back and forth to have your vehicle service at a state of the art service facility? if I have to bring it in again for the same problem, which I will, it's gonna be the fourth time, just frustrating already. This is a great dealership to work with and working with Richie was fantastic. He was straight and to the point. I will do business with him again in the future when I am looking for a new vehicle. We saw a listing for a 2011 Honda Pilot with 25452 miles listed at 18,991. This was a car in our price range at that price and was car that would fit our family. We went in and talked to a Sales Rep (Bret listed at 18,991. This was a car in our price range at that price and was car that would fit our family. We went in and talked to a Sales Rep (Brett), he found the car in his listing, and quoted a price of 19,999. We showed him the listing, and he said he could match it. We left to look at a few other dealerships, and came back because this was a very good deal. A second sales rep, Al, showed us the 2011 Honda Pilot when we returned to the dealership. He said during the test drive that the 18,991 was before it was consider a 'Honda Certified Pre-Owned' vehicle. But, since it had been clean and 'reconditioned', it was now 19,999. We told him that the only way we could consider the buying the Pilot was if it was at 19000 dollars. When Larry, the manager, and Al started doing the paper-work, they claimed that a mistake had been made and that the retail price of the car was really 22,991. Larry claimed that they couldn't sell the car at 18,991, so we left without the car. I don't fault Al at all, he was very professional and kind the entire time. The dealerships bait-and-switch tactics are infuriating and dishonest. The car is still listed on their website at 18991 at website: http://www.findlayhondahenderson.com/used/Honda/2011-Honda-Pilot-las-vegas-nv-42f542d00a0a00de00395294169c088d.htm. I have copied a version of this page on my computer if needed. It says right in the description on their website: $2,800 below Kelley Blue Book!. This tells me that the price was researched before it was posted and it was not a misprint. More
My sister and I were driving from Wyoming to Southern California and had planed a stop in Vegas but not with the intention of having the air conditioning in the car breakdown in the heat of summer. What California and had planed a stop in Vegas but not with the intention of having the air conditioning in the car breakdown in the heat of summer. What we thought was going to be an expensive hassle turned out to be a blessing thanks to Nancy, she not only managed to get the cool air flowing again but found out that we had an extended warranty and was able to keep us right on schedule with a rental car while the work was in progress. Nancy called me twice to let me know how it was going and that we could get the car the next morning before noon, she had the car washed and waiting for us by 10am. I must say I've never felt more confident about my choice in buying a Honda than after receiving the kind of customer service she provided. We are going to stop by and see her on our way back, her smile and honesty is a rarity today. Thank you so much. Nicole More
