curtis5827, While we make every attempt to catch any and all pricing issues in all areas of our advertising...there are some that slip through. In the case of this Pilot, the price that was pulled onto our site (from a third party, not us...that compares the price pulled (right or wrong) to KBB: hence the $2800 difference). In the RARE chance that this happens, we have on our site that the prices listed, in some cases, do not include some admin or service fees. At times, even the most honest mistakes made by dealerships are perceived as intentionally trying to mislead customers...I assure you that this is not the case. We have been in business for many years and have a GREAT standing with all of our customers. What was told to you was the truth...even with the additional cost of certifying the car...at the price being offered to you, it was still close to $2000 less than the next cheapest comparable Pilot. With that being said...all I can say is that I am truly sorry for the misunderstanding. I hope that you found the right vehicle for you and your family.
