We were greeted by Justin & Trey right at close of business. They went beyond what I expected from a dealership. We test drove two vehicles after the nearby dealerships had shut down for the nigh of business. They went beyond what I expected from a dealership. We test drove two vehicles after the nearby dealerships had shut down for the night. Unsure at the moment, they both agreed to lend us the vehicle we had interest in til the next day. Next day, we return with a decision. We started the paper work. During that time, I noticed several things that caught my attention... Customer Service, Friendliness and the overall experience. We have been treated poorly at other dealership but at Findlay Honda Flagstaff, they know how to treat their customer... just like FAMILY... with respect and kindness. The time we step on the property, we were treated with respect, kindness and no pressure. We set our price on what we can afford, monthly payment and personal issues and they heard us. Our experience alone is a testament. That alone is a start of a positive relationship. At the end, they made a sale, we got what we wanted and we both were happy. Findlay Honda Flagstaff has our support and we will continue to do business down the road. We will recommend and tell others of our experiance. First interaction was thru email with Trey. He promised I would be out the door below the price I wanted to pay. At the dealership, staff was very friendly. I paid cash and the wait for paperwork was over an hour. Everyone was apologetic but it was too long a wait. More
We came in the beginning of July for recall work. At the end of our visit, we were informed of items that were checked & what could be done about them. The drivers seat belt latch was one. We were told it is under warranty for the life of the vehicle, due to the fact it is connected to the airbag system. We had ignored the seat belt light on the dash being on all the time, thinking it would cost us quite a bit of money for a technician to check it out. Instead, we were cheerfully informed there would be no charge & they were ordering the part for us. We got our Element returned to us fixed & washed both times. We were very pleased with both the work & treatment we received at Findlay Honda. We didn't buy our Element from Findlay but have been treated as if we had. More
I found a couple of cars I was interested in on the internet. I live in cottonwood so I made an appointment with Paul and drove up there. I would definitely recommend going to Findlay Honda and working with Paul, Robert and Donna to all my friends. Ususal auto dealer service is WAY overpriced. The staff was friendly and didn't use too much pressure tactics. We got a good price because we did a lot of pricing research and then told them the price we were willing to pay. The only negative was that there was only a small selection of the vehicle we wanted (Civic LX). I would have liked more veriety of colors to choose from but we got a very nice car for a good price and the staff was easy to work with. I recommend them as a dealer. More

Buying a vehicle has always been frustrating to me. I went to Findlay Honda in Flagstaff, expecting a frustrating day. My sales consultant, Justin Landes, talked to me and listened to what I was looking for. Justin did not waste my time by trying to talk me into more than I wanted. After choosing a vehicle, came the dreaded part of completing the sale. I told Justin that I didn't want to play the numbers game, to just be straight with me. I was so impressed, Justin came out with the facts and solid numbers. He had offered us the best deal right away, bringing the vehicle down as far as possible on the first offer. We happily accepted. Justin did a great job explaining and demonstrating all of our concerns/questions. Justin has also followed up with us via e-mails, letters and most impressive personal phone calls.
