I have been taking my Honda Fit to them for a few years Findlay Honda provides the best customer service at a dealership that I've ever experienced. I have been taking my Honda Fit to them for a few years now and every employee that I've come into contact with has been trustworthy and very pleasant. They do a great job in making customers comfortable and they always make sure that my car is adequately taken care of. I've been to other Honda dealerships in Phoenix (not going to recall any names), and the service experience came nowhere near to that of Findlay Honda's. Like I said, all of the employees I have met seem great, but a couple that really stick out in my mind are Ben McGovern and Lynn Selby. I have only the highest remarks for Findlay Honda in Flagstaff and I will be sad if I ever have to move away from AZ! More

The service staff was excellent, they got the vehicle in quickly, took care of my requests and even recommended that I wait on one item until my next visit because the service wasn't needed yet, thus saving me money. In most cases, dealerships were always telling us we need more items done, not less. I really trust Findlay employees and look forward to doing business with them in the years ahead. More

Issues with my Honda Pilot I took my Pilot in because it wasn't running right. The service department was honest with me about what needed to be done and they got it fixed up an I took my Pilot in because it wasn't running right. Great Service and a great experience for my daughter! My daughter needed help with some special order parts for our 2009 Honda CRV. Lynn contacted my daughter had her bring her CRV down, installed some of the parts and told her that they didn't need to all of them and gave her a credit resulting in a 30% savings off the original order. My daughter mentioned how professional and courteous both Lynn and Andrew were helping her get her car fixed.
